Just a short walk to the sea beach, this 3-bedroom apartment in Mont-roig Bahía can accommodate 6 people. Ideal for a family or small group, this property features a shared garden and a balcony for enjoying relaxed days.

This apartment offers close proximity to the sea at 200 m, giving it a heads up on behalf of beach travelers. The shops, restaurants, etc are also located within 200 m, making it a perfect place to stay for foodies. The nearest town center is a short drive away and can be visited for enjoying the nightlife.

In the open kitchen, which is well-equipped for your culinary experiments, you can prepare meals of choice. There is a balcony to sit back and enjoy the sea views. There is a furnished garden to enjoy meals outside or take a lazy nap. Barbecue and parking are other available amenities. Cot and high chair can be requested for the comfort of little ones. 1 pet is allowed here for a small fee.

You can easily get public transport, just 100 m away.

Please note that the restaurant is no longer open, so the paella and barbecue evenings are no longer available. However, you are welcome to use the existing grill in the garden (but please tell in advance so that the owner makes arrangement accordingly). The owners, who live in the house are happy to help with any questions, speak German and Spanish.

Everything was very well organized. The place is very nice and the beach is perfect. Gladly again.

The reception was friendly with explanation. Tina had even made a salad and a loaf of bread. I do think it helps if you speak German. That's why I rate it as "poor" rn not as "Very bad". First impression of the property was a deserted one. There are all kinds of leaves in the driveway. It seems as if nothing has been done to the garden for a while. You can also not sit in the garden, as thought based on. the photos. Time has stopped in the apartment in 1971. Everything is old and old-fashioned. The property is for sale, my impression is that the owners can no longer or do not want to maintain it. The gas stove present is so old that I don't dare to use it. The whole kitchen is also old. A musty or greasy smell comes from the cupboards. The cutlery is greasy, the kettle is too. The counter is so low that you are far too tall for that at 1.70 meters. In one of the bathrooms there is a small old washing machine that smells so bad I keep the bathroom door closed. In the bathroom we are using, the shower hose is broken. Water still comes out, but it looks ragged. There is rust at the floor drain and you can smell it.There is a beautiful balcony at the apartment.If you have the only sun lounger, you can sit there.Between the trees you can see the sea.The cushion of the chair is old and smoezelig.In the living room are in the corner 4 broken sun loungers.The beach is close and the sea is nice. I'm just a bit offended at the only bar there. Apparently you had to make a reservation for a cup of coffee. I've never experienced that anywhere in my life. And an aggenebbes mess that terrace... I don't think there is anything else in the village here, except a residential area and a camping site. Salou is a half hour drive away. In July and August parking is very difficult there. The interior is beautiful. All in all, I even think it's a stage beyond its past glory. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's a stay as if

The landlords are very attentive and courteous, which makes the check in and check out very easy and flexible.
