Apartments TAMARA are partly located in Sukosan, called Mala Makarska. We are 2000m from the center of the village (post office, clinic, restaurants, ATM, pharmacy). The beach is 100m from the apartments, across the street. It is a pebble and sand beach with a playground for basketball, volleyball on sand. Small market is 20m away. The apartments are in the center of the Adriatic and can serve as a starting point for excursions to the national parks: Krka National Park, Paklenica NP, Kornati NP, or
places: Zadar, Sibenik, Split.
Islands nearby: Dugi Otok, Pag, Ugljan, Pasman. SUKOSAN population 2500 is a holiday resort in the middle of the coast between Zadar and the old town of Biograd Na Moru. It is an old village with a long coastline, numerous intimate bays, clean clear sea, sandy beaches, olive groves, vineyards, hospitable people, and tradition. In Sukosan is Marina Dalmacija, one of the most beautiful marinas in the Mediterranean and one of the most beautiful natural areas on the Adriatic coast, with over 1200 fully serviced berths and 500 land storage spaces, about 2.5 km from us, located near (about 10 km) the old town of Zadar. It was created around the Roman Forum, a city of well-kept walls, a city of old Croatian monuments. Full of archives, museums and libraries, it is the guardian of literary and musical treasures, it is the city with the oldest university among Croats (1396). Zadar has a sea organ, which is unique in the world. Zadar is a great place for a city tour.

Small but fine!
We had the small apartment for 2 people with a south/west balcony. The apartment was very clean and is also well equipped with air conditioning. Mrs. Klinac speaks good English, so communication was very possible. The landlady is very helpful and nice. The apartment is indeed within earshot of the street, but it has a sea view and is only about 70m from the sea/beach. We can definitely recommend Mrs. Klinac and her apartments and would be happy to return there!
