Fantastic location! A renovated traditional cortijo (farm) where the family has lived and grown up for years. The apartments are tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. There is a common area downstairs (living room and beautiful kitchen) that all guests can use. The host (Almu) is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. The location has a beautiful garden, nice pool, and its own olive grove. Everything is very well maintained by a whole team, and Almu is constantly at your service. You have a stunning view of the mountains, and it is wonderfully quiet. A perfect place to completely relax!! We stayed for 4 days but could have easily stayed longer. The only downside is that the wifi is not always very good, which is a shame. The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient.

We had the misfortune of being the one who spoke English there was only after three days. This made the reception chaotic, there still was the fact that we did not have a key to both the apartment and the main entrance with the announcement that the keys were stolen already 4x. The decor is spartan, with poor pots, cutlery, etc. The internet did after 3 days and then had to be reset frequently. The people were more or friendly and we were unlucky that we did wrong the first 5 days.

The daughter speaks excellent English and gives you tips to undertake. There is a lovely swimming pool where you can really swim a few laps. In the area many olive trees and delicious olive oil. There are beautiful white villages and fantastic beautiful cities, such as Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Definitely worth a visit!
