Nice accomodation near Ronda, with very hospitable owner

On arrival it was a bit difficult to call because of poor range Lucia and they only spoke Italian. Fortunately, a woman spoke in good English village and they can help us. Authentic house in a city wall, complete but it was very musty when we entered. Had significantly skies, but were not completely gone. Cozy pizzeria and a mini supermarket for the main business. Beautiful surroundings and visiting Siena and Florence is a must. Too bad that we had suffered from dogs barking during the night.

Casa Candela is a beautiful house where you have all the privacy you could wish for. There is a nice swimming pool and several terraces around the house. The cottage is furnished very compeet. The owner is very helpful and speaks excellent English. The beautiful town of Ronda is just 10 minutes drive and is more than worth it. Other trips are within reach. Overall a fantastic location.

On arrival the owner was present and provided us with a lot of information about the area and the holiday home. The house was comfortable and fully equipped. The garden was beautiful and carefully landscaped and completely fenced which was ideal for both our dachshunds. Ronda is a beautiful city and the environment is very beautiful. A day at the beach is also easy to do. In addition, the house has a lovely pool. At departure we had forgotten something and the owners have done everything to send our stuff as soon as possible.

Great holiday had in this beautiful region. We also were lucky with the beautiful weer.Ronda wonderful to visit and to wandelen.Ook near Grazalema many wandelmogelijkheden.Ook good roads and good miradors quiet where you could see everything.

We had something to celebrate and have our parents a week "Ronda" offered. They are 80 and have felt at home in this house. We have daily trips made. Course to Ronda and on to some "pueblos blancos".

The house is fine and neat. In the summer, we were in March 2013 and it was not such good weather, the garden and pool great. For families with children. Casa Candela was for 15 days, a real home for us. We have here, cities like Seville, Granada, Malaga, Jerez / Archos de la Frontera, Cadiz, ... visited. Also coastal towns like Tarifa, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, cruise on the Strait of Gibraltar, Gibraltar itself ... So for us this was a perfect base. Thanks to the well-developed road network was all very gemakkellijk berijkbaar.Casa Candela is a 5 min drive from Ronda. We stayed the first two weeks of June 2013 in Casa Candela and had a fantastic holiday. The accommodation was lovely and spacious with several sitting around the house- / eating corners. The beautiful spacious garden provides a lovely free "outdoor feel ". When we booked we felt that it would be perhaps remote but that was certainly not the case. The house is on a dirt road with several houses and neighbors on both sides. One of those neighbors is Javier, the owner, but we rarely saw. Plenty of peace and privacy so. R nZoals by previous guests noted Ronda is a good starting point to many of the area to see. However, you should not hate driving because most attractions are at least 1.5 hour drive. Closer to his doing so. Many beautiful walks Ronda itself is beautiful with z "n gap and arena. Arriate, also nearby, were we to fall heavily. R nThis cottage is really a must. We enjoyed the sun, the pool and surrounding area. Not hesitate, just books! You will not regret it.

We had agreed at 17:00, but received a mail from the owner with the tip we could get earlier because there was a big party in Ronda at the end of the day. Nice to think of us! Beautiful big garden, full of roses. Beautiful surroundings for trips and walks. Place to come back!
