House was fairly clean, weil had a stale air, house has a little damp smell, especially in the wardrobes and sideboards. We have bought fragrance fresheners and put them in the house and cupboards. Not all beds were made properly, some only with a kind of mattress protector. The latter was resolved when we were given more bedding at the tourist reporting point. One of the beds contained an ant nest! Very annoying if you want to go to bed the first day and you come across this. She recommended a specific substance / poison at the tourist reporting point. We used this several times during our stay. Now it sounds full of vermin, but it certainly wasn't. Accommodation was otherwise good little old-fashioned furnishings, but otherwise fine. Environment was known to us and is orima.

On arrival the house was not very clean, cleaned itself after the cleaning. There is no vacuum cleaner or a broom with a can. We have replaced it ourselves since it was very dirty. The electric oven still contained food waste. A lot of ants in the house. We were on the top floor, here was a separate BBQ that also included the food of one of the previous occupants. After a thorough cleaning itself the house was fine! Be sure to bring your own lamp for the terrace, there is no outside lighting. We had a broken parasol and chair on the terrace, these were immediately replaced. Pool was very well maintained and was clean. You share the pool with 6 apartments, with nice neighbors very cozy. From the house you are so on the beach and supermarket, mountain and you are there) this was our 2nd time in Pals and again had a wonderful holiday. Nice beach (sand not build castles) nice tents on and around the beach. With the car you are so in nice other towns. Very enjoyed after our cleaning.

Reasonable accommodation, but extremely noisy. Under Neighbors complained to us that we made for too much inconvenience, she heard us when we moved the chairs, dishwasher cleaned out, toilet extend our talk and so we too literally heard what discussed our downstairs neighbors together, even sliding the chairs and by pulling the toilet was clearly audible

lovely house with perfectly working air conditioning, nice pool and super quiet. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very poor, there's one exchanged immediately after our complaint but all have new mattresses. kitchen was grimy and greasy, dowdy decor. We have 6 adults still had a very nice holiday with the happiness that the other three apartments were not rented.

When we arrived the house was not cleaned. We sat in the upper right house, great place. Nice balcony and happy is more outside than inside, because inside was not much room for five people to sit down. Relax The beds were bad. Nice pool and a nice terrace. Nice and quiet area. Pals is a very quiet town, so if you like crowds around you love you should not go there. There are some restaurants, an English pub and a spar supermarket and a few shops. There is a golf course and tennis court if you do love. And of course a beautiful large beach. The setting is beautiful, especially the Old Pals with its medieval buildings and Peratalada Ullastret and are well worth a visit. And if you have a day bustle around you want then you are an hour away by car in Loret de Mar or another famous resort.

beautiful house and garden were beautiful locatie.Zwembad everyday bijgehouden.De houses are on top of the hill, this a nice view over the sea, but this means is that the walk from the sea or store a decent climb. We sat down and did hear anything from our upstairs neighbors.

Apartment error on my arrival
I find myself on the ground floor of the house and not upstairs (sea view) as requested as planned on the summary of the travel document!!
Wasted a lot of time and energy explaining to the agency, and going back and forth for the keys!! I am very unhappy and disappointed with this lack of professionalism from Belvilla, yet I am a good customer!!
I would like to be compensated for the damage suffered

The arrival was not as planned. After previously contacting Belvilla and mentioning that google maps indicates something completely different than we have booked, we eventually went anyway. because according to belvilla was correct data and not google maps. yet they were wrong, we arrived at destination and found what google maps indicated. it was not wrong, but certainly not what we booked. There is also nothing in the area, you have a beach, swimming pool and a very small supermarket in the same street. oh yes, and 1 restaurant.No center, no boulevard, no shops, no restaurants. the cabin itself was beautiful, spacious and fairly clean. the pool was nice too, and a nice backyard.

Het huis licht mooi, het zwembad is perfect. Aardig wat privacy fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Vooraf kregen we veel foto’s van ons huisje dachten wij. Op de locatie zelf bleek dat de badkamers veel minder groot en onverzorgd waren. Niet erg schoon en schimmelig. Er zijn weinig stopcontacten en weinig verlengsnoeren. Twee eenpersoons bedden hebben slechte matrassen, de airco werkt minimaal en geen afstandsbediening. Het servies is niet voor 6 personen.

Pals is a very quiet town, so if you like crowds around you love you should not go there. There are some restaurants, an English pub and a spar supermarket and a few shops. There is a golf course and tennis court if you do love. And of course a beautiful large beach. The setting is beautiful, especially the Old Pals with its medieval buildings and Peratalada Ullastret and are well worth a visit.
