Palamós stands out as a genuine fishing village. Fishing boats sail from its harbor every day, which sell the fresh fish in the Market in the afternoon. The star product is the Palamós Prawn, which can be tasted in many of the village restaurants. At the same Market, you can visit the Maritime Museum.
Palamós has fabulous beaches and coves; The Big Beach, the Fosca and Salguer Cove, among many others. In Palamós you can take part in numerous water sports and depend on the important Palamós Sailing Club that organizes European and World level competitions.
Also noteworthy is the commercial district in the center of Palamós, such as the two night life districts, the Marina Port and the walled district, in the Old Port.
The most important events in Palamós are the Palamós Carnavals (February-March), the Main Festival (at the end of June), the Saint Carmen procession (in July) and the organization of the Christmas Sailing Race during the Christmas festivities.
The reception is open for 8 hours a day from Monday to Saturday in the summer months and is open in the mornings the rest of the year. Communal washing and drying facilities. There are a small number of parking spaces on request, for a hire charge of 7€ a day.
In the same building there is a supermarket where you can do your shopping. Moreover, from the apartments you can access all the available shops, entertainment and restaurants in Palamós by foot, without the need for using a car.

simple apartment. small beds bad 2 boilers air conditioning is fine! otherwise the building is very noisy!

Environment is fine, I have been going to Palamos for years. Very neat and clean apartments. No traces to be detected. Arrival less smoothly but not the trouble to complain about, reception open half an hour later than stated. Parking is a problem, no parking at the property, no loading or unloading zone, this should be able to do better. Parking on footpath to load or unload or block the street.The nearest free parking, on holiday long standing on a pay parking is not affordable, is 1 kilometer away from the accommodation. When this is full, the next is 2 kilometers away.
