What started as a beautiful holiday in the house ends in a dramatic experience. The house is not equipped for the number of people. Completely dated kitchen that is really falling apart. (Had to buy glassware yourself, a knife to cut something. Not enough chairs and tables, which also fall apart. Clogged pipes, so the water does not drain anywhere. No hot water and only 1 mini bathroom that we all use together. have to make. Swimming pool that leaks and empties. Overall a house that you should not rent out as far as we are concerned and certainly not for 4000 euros per week. The manager does his best and is not heard by the owner. We have also approached the Eifenaar, but he has not given us a response either. We ask Belvilla for a refund. We advise you not to rent this house anymore. We count on a quick response and handling.
