Nestled in the hills in the center of Majorca, this is a beautiful holiday home in Lloret de Mar. Featuring a shared swimming pool and a private terrace, the home is suitable for a small family or a group.

Lloret de Mar is famed for its young crowd, late nightlife, and the beach. The holiday home has a central location. Thus, the mountain range and the north of the island are conveniently reachable. At 7 km from the holiday home, you have nightlife, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport.

Brimming with peace and tranquillity, the home offers all comforts. There is a heating (electric, hot air) and air conditioning indoors. In the shared garden, you can lie down with a book, go for walks early in the morning, and play ball games. The terrace with the garden furniture and sun-loungers by the pool invite you to linger. These attractive terraced houses and one detached property, have been constructed from a XVIII century stately home that has undergone restoration work, to produce a wonderful series of houses made entirely from local building materials.

The estate is nestled in the hills in the centre of Majorca, from where the mountain range to the north of the island can be made out. The property offers guests the perfect opportunity to discover the Majorcan natural surroundings from a rustic and homely base, brimming with peace and tranquillity.

The accommodation was well-maintained and the interior was charming. We felt completely at home. The nearby restaurants served delicious food, and it was convenient to have a supermarket just a few minutes away.

Llevant is a charming holiday home. The decor felt cozy and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the two bathrooms, which made the mornings much easier for our group. The shared pool was also a nice addition.
