Dear, the following seems to us minimally important for the rent of a house for this price (> 1500 eur per week in high season) and is not available or in order in this house (casa Akoesha): - outdated sheets, even stretched to such an extent that they completely curl up from under you / come loose after a night's sleep (we bought new sheets for our family today), - a new boiler was installed but this only heats the water for 2 people, so that the next 3 are either cold or only after a 3 to 4 hours later we were able to shower again - the pool had too little water on arrival, so that the maintenance man could only carry out proper maintenance towards the end of the week (we arrived on Saturday, man came by on Monday and Friday , pool maintenance so only on Friday after a week ...), - lamps outside terrace defective, lamps of the pool do not work, - plastic rattan chairs worn out, - gate at the front does not close, - the neighborhood is probably quiet when no construction is carried out d (which is currently the case), - Senseo device is leaking but can still be used for the time being, - mixer present but not working. Photos taken and available if desired. Fortunately, we need a holiday and know the region, so we still have a pleasant holiday. With some investment and planning it will work, it's just a shame that we paid this price. The house is for sale but that should not be the reason for the reduced quality. Tiles on the ground around the pool are all damaged, "green" spaces!!!!! nothing is maintained. No communication with the host who is absent, the owner as well, and Belvilla collects the money without caring about the properties they rent. Run away.....

House is complete, only very few towels available (4 for 2 people), so we used the washing machine and dryer every day. Fortunately they were present. What is not stated on the booking confirmation is that the contact person must be called in advance, she lives a 45-minute drive from the house. We arrived at the house at 5 p.m. and expected someone to be there. We were not aware that we should have contacted you in advance. At one point we called her and she told us by phone where the key was. It might be nice to mention this in the booking confirmation, just like bringing or arranging extra towels.

For trips you have to make a few kilometers, since Alcalali is not really a tourist resort. With the car that is fine to do. The location of the house is quiet, with a very nice view.

The accommodation was exactly as described on the site. Equipped with all the comforts. Since we arrived early in the afternoon we contacted the indicated person and in consultation we could earlier in our accommodation. Nice house in a beautiful quiet location. Nice pool to cool off in, beautiful view. House is complete, only very few towels available (4 for 2 people), so we used the washing machine and dryer every day. Fortunately they were present. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, which was very pleasant, because the temperature was wonderfully warm and the nights did not cool down very much. What is not stated on the booking confirmation is that the contact person must be called in advance, she lives a 45-minute drive from the house. We arrived at the house at 5 p.m. and expected someone to be there. We were not aware that we should have contacted you in advance. At one point we called her and she told us by phone where the key was. It might be nice to mention this in the booking confirmation, just like bringing or arranging extra towels.

A car is a must if you don't want to be at home all day. There are also not many eateries in the area, the few that are there were often closed in the evening. Fortunately, Lulah's was open every day and was within walking distance (down and up the mountain).

Dear, the following seems to us minimally important for the rent of a house for this price (> 1500 eur per week in high season) and is not available or in order in this house (casa Akoesha): - outdated sheets, even stretched to such an extent that they completely curl up from under you / come loose after a night's sleep (we bought new sheets for our family today), - a new boiler was installed but this only heats the water for 2 people, so that the next 3 are either cold or only after a 3 to 4 hours later we were able to shower again - the pool had too little water on arrival, so that the maintenance man could only carry out proper maintenance towards the end of the week (we arrived on Saturday, man came by on Monday and Friday , pool maintenance so only on Friday after a week ...), - lamps outside terrace defective, lamps of the pool do not work, - plastic rattan chairs worn out, - gate at the front does not close, - the neighborhood is probably quiet when no construction is carried out d (which is currently the case), - Senseo device is leaking but can still be used for the time being, - mixer present but not working. Photos taken and available if desired. Fortunately, we need a holiday and know the region, so we still have a pleasant holiday.
