Superb detached villa with tasteful interior, situated in a quiet dead end street in a pleasant residential area. You have a lot of privacy here and it is an excellent choice for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
Moraira used to be a small fishing port. Now it is a cosy town with many squares, terraces, bars and delicious fish restaurants (1,5 km, in the centre). The nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 300 m away. Discover the Spanish culture on the Costa Blanca during a visit to the old castle and the watchtower of Moraira. Guadalest, 50 km away, also has an impressive castle with a view of the reservoir. A day trip to the picturesque Villajoyosa (45 km), the amusement park Terra Mitica (40 km) or the water park Aqualandia (40 km) is also worthwhile.
The view from the terrace is both during the day as in the evening magnificent and gives you an unequalled holiday feeling. The furnishing is modern and comfortable. Also the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen are luxurious. The lovely swimming pool is the icing on the cake!

This was the second stay in the same villa and we again enjoyed our stay. Although we really enjoyed the last week with beautiful weather and a villa perfectly located on the mountain with a lot of privacy, the villa could use an update inside. New mattresses, kitchen update and small other renewals. But, still this is our favorite location and we will absolutely come back.

A very nice modern house fully equipped. 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets inside and also an outside toilet and shower by the pool. For our son of 1 year there was a camp bed and a high chair available. The house is in a beautiful spot on the mountain near Moraira About 5 minutes drive from the lidl for groceries and also about 5 minutes drive to the center of Moraira.Moraira is a nice fishing village with several good restaurants and a sandy beach.You really need a car at this house.There is no bus or taxi nearby and the center would be a long walk.

Our vacation in this house was absolutely fantastic! We were here with 4 adults and a baby of 1 year and were received by Daphne and who gave us a tour of the house. House was very spacious and pleasant because of the air conditioning in every room. Swimming pool was wonderful (large and deep) with spacious seating areas under the covered terrace, many sunbeds and toys for the pool. Cottage was clean and fully equipped. some things do require maintenance, such as loose tiles outside, a lick of paint over doors in the kitchen. But that didn't spoil the fun, we would go there again.

I hate to do this but I still think I have to be honest. We have had a lot of hassle in this accommodation. Upon entering, there is a whole story in the kitchen about the pool lighting that it is so romantic but that you have to take it off when you go to bed because of the electricity. He didn't and this was known but not passed on. There was also not a whole story about the gas BBQ that you had to leave it clean. Was a very small BBQ on coals. So a big disappointment. A new one was ordered but it only arrived the day before we left. The toilet overflowed because the tank was not emptied. The tap was completely calcified so no water came out. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were old and since you have an open bathroom we had to turn it on 2 hours before going to bed to make it a bit pleasant. The pool boy threw blocks of chlorine on the bottom instead of in the decking where they should be. My husband turned them up and put them in the decking. If a child dives to the bottom and gets that stuff in the mouth or eyes, the suffering is incalculable. We noticed that the pump of the pool was only on 2x a day, resulting in green water starting. A bomb of chlorine in it and you've been running the pump day and night! Then air came into one of the jets, so we had to listen to what went right through the house for 3 days against terrible bubbling. It was all in all very restless and a lot of apps and calls with the caretaker. We were a week with the 2 of us and a week with the 5 of us and had consumed 750 kW of electricity while we only had the air conditioning on at night. You get 300 kW for 2 weeks, so we should actually pay 150 euros extra! Unprecedented high usage for so few people. We have not paid this. We indicated that this was a plaster on the wound. But watch out for this house because if you are in it with 8 people, you will get a peppery bill for electricity afterwards. je

Beautiful villa with all the trimmings. Good reception by manager Lena. Located in a residential area above Moraira. Beautiful environment. It was clearly indicated that a car is necessary.

Upon arrival in Moraira, the parking of the Centro commercial / carrefour market broke into our car and all our luggage was stolen. This was a damper on the holiday joy and we would like to warn others.Verder we had a nice holiday in a fantastic holiday. The house was beautiful, neat and clean. All supplies are available in the kitchen. On the terrace you have a beautiful view and the pool is very large. We were well received by the Dutch speaking Lena. In the neighborhood are enough supermarkets and in 5 minutes you are by car in the centrum.Te foot it is still a bit of walking. Moraira and the surrounding villages are very nice and cozy. It is also a good base for visiting larger cities such as Valencia and Calpe.

Lovely comfortable villa and quiet location. Receipt by a Dutch manager. Terrace with lots of privacy and nice pool that is cleaned every week. Kitchen and sanitary facilities left nothing to be desired. Everything looked beautiful and clean. All in all a wonderful holiday here and we will certainly come back again.
