Property is located in a beautiful and quiet location on a hill in Benissa. Plenty of space and several seats to eat or sunbathe. Well maintained and sufficiently large swimming pool. The house itself is in need of renewal here and there, including kitchen cabinets and fabric seats are not so clean.

Tastefully decorated house, quiet (quiet / remote) location. Lots of space in and around the house. Neatly maintained garden, lovely (unheated) swimming pool. Car is really necessary for everything. Nice environment, beautiful places. The interior of the house is attractive, but is starting to age / needs maintenance. Nice that there was still a cot and high chair.

We had a fantastic stay at Belvilla by OYO Villa Sonrisa! The private pool was perfect for our family, and the kids loved splashing around. The villa is spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, it was only 2 km to the beach, which was a huge bonus!

What a breathtaking place! Villa Sonrisa is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace for our barbecues. It is also just a short drive to nearby restaurants, making dining out convenient.

The place was lovely, spacious and private. The decor was welcoming and it had all amenities to make it feel home from home. The only constructive criticism would be to update the pictures as it showed the villa having a bath, and the bathroom has been updated with a shower, so it would benefit from an updated description. Otherwise, it was a lovely quiet location, 10 minutes drive to the town, which had a lovely beach and bars and restaurants..overall we had a lovely stay.

We are all excited about the villa. Everything you need is there. The rooms upstairs are air-conditioned, and there are also fans. Without them, you wouldn't be able to stand it at all. The beautiful large pool also provides enough cooling. Furthermore, we find the outdoor area itself very nicely landscaped. A place to feel good. Everything is reachable by car. There are two parking spaces at the villa. We would definitely recommend it. P.S. : We were always helped quickly with questions. Thank you.

The disadvantage is that all floors are mirror smooth.

And the water drainage in the showers does not work properly, causing the floor to become flooded...dangerous.

But that's the only thing...otherwise a great holiday...

This house has enormous potential. The rooms are spacious and actually everything is there. The location on the sun is good, so you can enjoy the pool life. But the house is poorly maintained on several points. In both the bathrooms and the kitchen, everything is broken or almost broken: In the shower room, the toilet is broken and you can no longer hang a shower head. In the bathroom with bath, the drawers of the sink are broken and little ventilation. ceiling fans, which is a must-have on warm nights. Several tiles are broken in the bedroom. Pool tiles slippery if you get them wet after swimming. The extractor above hangs above the cooking island. Everyone bumps their head against it. Also here several drawers lame or broken. Now this all sounds negative, but it is not at all. These are points for improvement because this house has so much potential. Many things that are broken are fairly easy to fix. As a final tip, I would invest in better mattresses. That is really necessary for a villa in that price range, but it always is. Being able to sleep well is a must.
