This contemporary villa in L'Alfàs del Pi has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a small family or friends. Located close to a beach, it features a private pool, barbecue and terrace for spending your Spanish winters in style.
If you want to taste authentic Spanish cuisines, then the nearest restaurants is just 150 m away. Daily supplies can also be obtained at the supermarket (150 m) nearby. Town centre where nightlife can be enjoyed is at 250 m. The sea, the beach, water sports and all necessary facilities such as banks, bike rentals etc. is just 500 m away from the villa. The Golf course is also 1.5 km away, where you can go to enjoy the game of golf.
The air-conditioned villa features a living cum dining room with TV, fireplace and seating area apart from a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a private pool, barbecue on the terrace and garden with furniture for you to stay active or relax as you wish. Cot and high chair is available on request. Had a great time with the family at Villa Jazmin! The villa was very spacious, clean, in very good condition with many nice sitting areas in the garden surrounding the house. The children have more than entertained themselves in the pool during the day and in the evening with the pool lighting on it is really a very relaxed place to enjoy a cocktail (or two-three :-)). is within walking distance (including beach, several restaurants/cafes, taxi rank, shops), the villa is located in a quiet area, the owner is also very helpful and friendly, makes this a super nice place to spend the day with your family. to discover the Costa Blanca.

Beautiful house, good location! The distance to the beach is very short, the distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. is in less than 3 minutes walking. The house is nicely decorated, everything is completely present. At various places you can sit outside and dive into the pool. The host is very involved and you also really experience a holiday feeling! In short, we should not write too positive because then this house is not easily available for the next time -) We had a fantastic holiday!

The owner is very hospitable. He explains everything about the house and the environment. The house is very spacious and luxuriously furnished. There is also plenty of room outside to enjoy the sun, the sun, wherever you want to lie or sit and of course with a private swimming pool. Albir is a nice, lively town with several supermarkets and many restaurants, bars and shops. In short, we had a fantastic holiday with five of us.

The area was super: everything at hand (beach, shops and restaurants). Very friendly welcome by the owners (Dutch). Everything was present in the accommodation. Owners were very helpful.

Nice big house with pool and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed it here. To the beach was a 10 minute walk which was fine. Restaurants galore. We really enjoyed the house! Rob and Eva, thank you very much and see you next time.
