We hadn't noticed that there was no dining room. Indeed the house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a small kitchen, all connected by a corridor. The rest is outside with a bay window for the living room. In addition, it was not specified that the air conditioning, essential, was payable, even less with coins of 1 or 2 euros (1 euro gives approximately 1h30 of freshness at 21 degrees for the 3 rooms). We were told that this information had been sent to the rental sites which had not relayed the information (very difficult to obtain change). Then, the furniture is damaged, the dishes had been badly cleaned by the former tenants. There was hair and sand in the sheets, the towels were very damp when we arrived. In general, the accommodation was not very clean and the person told us that a new cleaning company had just taken over. However, this person was attentive and responsive to our requests, malfunctions were quickly resolved (pb outdoor shower fittings, missing TV cable, etc.), cleaning remained for us. Finally, it is not possible to drive your car into the yard. Finally, to the discharge of the owner, the house overlooks a large construction site in progress with 3 cranes and jackhammers from 8am. The plus point is the huge pool with hot tub and outdoor enclosures.

Beautiful house, good bedrooms, nice bathrooms, great pool! Furniture around the pool and beds needs to be replaced! Many kitchen appliances are outdated or malfunctioning, BBQ is dirty so not used.Huis is definitely recommended, with some updates worth 300 euros per day!

Point 1 Submitting a complaint does not work, you always end up on the wrong page. The first time I was able to send my complaint without any problems and received a confirmation. After adding me to the complaint, I received a message that that e-mail address could no longer be used and I was referred to another address. ) close because it is too cold to spend the evening there She replied that she would come the next morning (Oct 21) to close the glass doors (because there is something wrong with closing those windows she had on arrival at 13 Oct asked not to do it herself) It is now our last day (Oct 22) it is cold it is raining and she has not come has not said anything!) to close the glass wall. So we are wrapped up in the living room. Other things that are wrong: regarding the heated pool. The host mentions in her message that she can't do anything about it because it is heated by the sun (Haha then everyone has a heated pool) There is a bbq but after my inspection it is too dangerous to use so a nice bbq evening didn't go through either. It is a gas BBQ whose burners are half hidden under coals and burnt leftovers. Dangerous to use. I took pictures of everything and saved the Whatsapp messages in case something is denied. Enjoyed this holiday immensely, very friendly hostess and everything taken care of, some the fridge needs to be replaced because it does not always cool perfectly.

on the way to spain i received an email that i did not receive the villa i have been sleeping in the car for 2 days my money was not returned soon i will hire a lawyer i will not recommend you to anyone!
