This luxurious villa is located in Valencia. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. This fully equipped villa has a private swimming pool to relax and enjoy. Located in the small town of Costa Blanca, this villa is only a short drive from the sea. La Finca Golf club is also closely situated to the villa. The living room has a fireplace to keep you warm inside. A private garden or a terrace is in place for you to enjoy some outdoor time. Air conditioning is installed in every room to make you comfortable inside. This villa will not be rented to young groups. Guests can check-in between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.

The house is great! Everything you need is there, from patches to beautiful books! It is a top must for families with children. Children can linger in the pool.

The air conditioning works well in the smaller bedrooms and the living room, but not so well in the open bedroom under the roof, where the heat nevertheless collects. The area is very quiet, with a golf course in the garden. Sea is a twenty-minute drive, and Cartagena and Alicante is a little further for culture, even though it was warm in the middle of summer. "In the morning, right in the water is great for the children, who also have the little corners in the garden appreciated to be able to read and play in shadow.

villa really well located, on arrival the cleaner notified us that the previous users had broken the door handle meaning we could not lock the door of the villa, and we found the front door difficult on times but did manage a work around, the 2nd bedroom had NO ceiling light just bare wires, the third bedroom being up the stairs and open plan. The pool and location was ideal and other than things mentioned it could have been fantastic
