The terrace of this great two-storey house is no doubt the favourite place of our guests. The warmth offered by the high stone walls, that surround the amazing pool, transforms the space in a real paradise, in a magazine image, within town. The chlorine pool sizes 6.5 x 3.35 metres and it has a water depth of 1.53 metres. Around the pool you will find the exterior shower, 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun or enjoy an interesting reading and a great exterior table with chairs for your barbecues and long evenings.

The recently renewed house boasts a well-cared modern style. It offers an open-plan main floor with the living, dining room and kitchen sharing the same air-conditioned space. Here you can sit and relax while watching the satellite TV and rest after enjoying an appetiser and a delicious meal cooked on the induction top. Then you find 3 bedrooms with closet and AC. One has twin beds and is located still on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs -one with a double bed and terrace and the other with twin beds. We will provide a baby cot and a high chair if your are travelling with your baby. You also have two bathrooms in the house, both with a shower, one on each level. Finally, a washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment and are located at the terrace.

The house is located within the town of sa Pobla. Here we invite you to visit the town square in the centre and the great bars and restaurants of traditional cuisine and tapas. The street market takes place on Sunday morning and here you can buy fruits and vegetables and other local products. The train station and bus stop are also nearby, about 1 km away. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, about 11 km away, although this is a spectacular beach of white sand and crystal-clear water skirting several kilometres along the coast, a natural wonder! And if you like playing golf, the course of Pollensa is about the same distance away. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

The house was perfect for us and had space for 6 people, Right in the middle of the town and just a short walk from excellent cafes and restaurants, We always found parking right in front of the house, The nearest beach (Playa de Muro) is 11 km away and both the airport and Palma can be reached in about 30-35 minutes, The house is new and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, The pool is great and the WiFi works perfectly, The landlord is very friendly and surprised us with cake and wine, Everything went smoothly, We would come back anytime!

Can Serra is an ideal location for a vacation in the North East of Mallorca (although a car would be beneficial), The house is extremely clean and well maintained, The proprietor was supportive and attentive during our stay, welcoming us with a 'welcome pack' of fruit, wine, and milk, After a storm, we had WiFi problems due to local network damage, but the owner took the initiative to communicate with the internet service provider and kept us informed about when the issue would be resolved, They also maintained the pool area twice during our week-long stay, ensuring it was immaculate (and even left us fresh pastries when they came by), Sa Pobla is a peaceful working town, not a typical tourist spot in Mallorca - yet supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are just a short stroll or drive from the house, The beaches of Alcudia, Playa De Muro, and Can Picafort are only a 20-minute drive away, Palma and the southern part of the island are approximately 45 minutes away, A vacation here is highly suggested if you prefer to be away from the island's resorts, but still close enough if you want to visit them,
