The villa has a beautiful view and especially the view from the villa is truly breathtaking. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, tidy, and comfortable. It is also ideal that all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, especially during the warm days in Spain. This allows everyone to sleep wonderfully. The pool is really great too! Delightfully large, beautifully located, and perfect for cooling off during the day and enjoying together. This villa is truly recommended for both young and old. Additionally, Alicante is about a 20 to 25-minute drive away, making it easy to seek out the city's liveliness and then return to the tranquility of the villa. We had a wonderful time here for the second time and would definitely choose Villa La Sirena again. A beautiful place for a wonderful vacation with family or friends! ️

But also a few negative things: To reach the pool or go to the outdoor seating areas/kitchen, you have to descend 9 steps, quite steep and NO railings. If you are young, it's not a problem, but it becomes more problematic when you're a bit older. My wife had to walk around every time because she didn't dare to take the stairs. I myself fell down in the early morning, the steps were slippery. Landed with head at the bottom on the concrete flower box: 12 cm cut on head and spent 5 hours in the hospital. In bathrooms, no hooks to hang, for example, a towel. In the shower, no place to put things down. In the pool, no ladder to get in or out. And all this is not a problem for young people. For the rest, a very pleasant house. We enjoyed it.

House was great! The hob inside was broken and squeaked for a week. The handyman couldn't fix this either.
Please take into account the electricity costs that are calculated afterwards. This is absurdly high. We also paid 200 euros to heat the pool, but that turned out to only be pre-heating. The other swimming pool costs will be calculated afterwards with the rest. That was quite a shock.

On arrival we were met by the representative of Casa Coveta, the local agent. The house is fantastic equipped, all equipment is present. There is even a full outdoor kitchen with everything on it. A beautiful swimming pool in the spacious garden and a magnificent view. However, € 107 was charged for the energy for 1 week, so that is not included in the rent. Such a swimming pool therefore ticks the costs considerably. Also the € 350 extra cleaning costs is not small!

With the (rental) car you are within 20 minutes in Alicante and within 5 minutes to the sea (beach). The local manager is friendly and helpful (inter alia for key collection and car rental) and more than willing to provide useful additional information. We enjoyed !

We got a bit lost coming from the airport by following the instructions but Waze got us to Coveta Fuma in the end! We also arrived mid afternoon so everything was shut. However after a quick call we were escorted up to the villa. It is a beautiful place, exactly as you imagine. We enjoyed our time there very much and all our photos look almost unreal! They have thought of absolutely everything for whatever kind of holiday you want - we chose to relax for the week and mainly cooked at the villa. The supermarket down the road is fine for top ups, we used Aldi in El Campello quite heavily. Can recommend La Cova as a restaurant close by and the snorkelling around that part of El Campello is fantastic. I would warn you to hire a car with a bit of power. We had to Fiat Tipos and they struggled up the final part of the hill to the villa, we basically had to grind up in first. And with that in mind, remember that this is on a mountain and at the top of a hill. Nothing is walking distance. You need a car!!

I recently stayed at Belvilla by OYO La Sirena and it was everything we expected. The villa is located in a quiet area, which made it a peaceful retreat. The bedrooms were comfortable, and having a bathroom for each of them is a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our arrival smooth. It was just a short drive to Alicante for sightseeing, but we mainly enjoyed the villa and its amenities. A solid choice for any large group looking for a fun getaway.

The villa was quite beautiful but rather simple. The layout worked well for our group, with enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We appreciated the proximity to local restaurants like Venta Restaurante Colmar, which was just down the road. The pool area was a highlight, although we chose not to heat it during our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with no major complaints.

Great location, beautiful pool, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The outdoor kitchen is also fantastic, and everything is available, from a toaster to an espresso machine.

We had a great time at Belvilla by OYO La Sirena! The villa is spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for our family gathering. The views of the Mediterranean Sea were breathtaking, especially from the terrace by the pool. We spent our days lounging in the sun and exploring the nearby Cala Piteres beach, which was just a short walk away. The outdoor kitchen was a fantastic addition for our barbecues. Highly recommended for large groups!

On arrival we were met by the representative of Casa Coveta, the local agent. The house is fantastic equipped, all equipment is present. There is even a full outdoor kitchen with everything on it. A beautiful swimming pool in the spacious garden and a magnificent view. However, € 107 was charged for the energy for 1 week, so that is not included in the rent. Such a swimming pool therefore ticks the costs considerably. Also the € 350 extra cleaning costs is not small!

House was great! The hob inside was broken and squeaked for a week. The handyman couldn't fix this either.
Please take into account the electricity costs that are calculated afterwards. This is absurdly high. We also paid 200 euros to heat the pool, but that turned out to only be pre-heating. The other swimming pool costs will be calculated afterwards with the rest. That was quite a shock.

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO La Sirena was simply unforgettable! The villa is spacious and beautifully designed, with each bedroom having its own luxurious bathroom. We spent our days by the private pool and enjoyed the stunning views of the Mediterranean. The outdoor kitchen was a fantastic addition.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful high location with sea view. The villa is fully equipped and offers a lot of privacy. With the (rental) car you are within 20 minutes in Alicante and within 5 minutes to the sea (beach). The local manager is friendly and helpful (inter alia for key collection and car rental) and more than willing to provide useful additional information. We enjoyed !

We got a bit lost coming from the airport by following the instructions but Waze got us to Coveta Fuma in the end! We also arrived mid afternoon so everything was shut. However after a quick call we were escorted up to the villa. It is a beautiful place, exactly as you imagine. We enjoyed our time there very much and all our photos look almost unreal! They have thought of absolutely everything for whatever kind of holiday you want - we chose to relax for the week and mainly cooked at the villa. The supermarket down the road is fine for top ups, we used Aldi in El Campello quite heavily. Can recommend La Cova as a restaurant close by and the snorkelling around that part of El Campello is fantastic. I would warn you to hire a car with a bit of power. We had to Fiat Tipos and they struggled up the final part of the hill to the villa, we basically had to grind up in first. And with that in mind, remember that this is on a mountain and at the top of a hill. Nothing is walking distance. You need a car!!

The house was fantastic and exactly like the description. Unfortunately the pool was not heated as promised. It was a shame for the children who were really happy. Luckily we looked very well after and we got the money back for the preheating.Thanks Cathy. Everything we needed was there. One note: mattresses are no longer as comfortable.
