Located in Coveta Fumá, this six-bedroom villa suits groups who want the Costa Blanca atmosphere without sacrificing privacy or space.

Designed for up to 12 guests, the interiors stay bright and open, while the outdoor areas carry most of the rhythm of the stay. The private heated swimming pool, lounge seating, charcoal barbecue, and sun loungers make it easy to spend entire days without leaving the property. Guests travelling with pets often appreciate the enclosed garden areas and relaxed coastal setting.

The sea is approximately 1 km away, making early morning swims or evening walks along the coastline especially convenient. Illeta dels Banyets can be reached in around 7 minutes by car and offers one of the region’s most fascinating archaeological sites, with Roman ruins and clear water popular for snorkelling. Torre de La Illeta sits nearby and adds another layer of local history to the coastline.

Cycling, diving, windsurfing, fishing, tennis, and water sports all shape the atmosphere of this part of the Costa Blanca, particularly during warmer months. The villa works best for groups who prefer relaxed outdoor living, long shared meals, and a stay where the pool naturally becomes the centre of most afternoons.

Very beautiful house, fantastic view, many nice seating areas, children and grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The outdoor kitchen was used a lot. But also a few negative things: To reach the pool or go to the outdoor seating/kitchen, you have to descend 9 steps, fairly steep and NO railings. If you are young, it's not a problem, but it becomes more problematic when you're a bit older. My wife had to walk around every time because she didn't dare to use the stairs. I myself fell down in the early morning, the steps were slippery. Landed head down on the concrete flower box: 12 cm cut on the head and spent 5 hours in the hospital. In the bathrooms, not a single hook to hang, for example, a towel. In the shower, no place to put things down. In the pool, no ladder to get in or out. And all of this is not a problem for young people. For the rest, a very pleasant house. We enjoyed it.

Beautiful house! Plenty of space in and around the house. The pool was perfect. Many seating areas in the garden. Only nothing within walking distance, so always needed the car. We had a great week with 6 adults and 4 children.

It’s lovely, everything you want & more! It’s at the top of a steep hill so you’ll need to be fit, have a car or both. We had a car for shopping and used the local tram for everything else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely stay at this villa, The layout is great for larger groups, with plenty of space for everyone, The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, The washing machine was also a lifesaver, especially with kids around,

A beautiful villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The private pool was refreshing, and the garden area provided a nice place to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking easy.

We got a bit lost coming from the airport by following the instructions but Waze got us to Coveta Fuma in the end! We also arrived mid afternoon so everything was shut. However after a quick call we were escorted up to the villa. It is a beautiful place, exactly as you imagine. We enjoyed our time there very much and all our photos look almost unreal! They have thought of absolutely everything for whatever kind of holiday you want - we chose to relax for the week and mainly cooked at the villa. The supermarket down the road is fine for top ups, we used Aldi in El Campello quite heavily. Can recommend La Cova as a restaurant close by and the snorkelling around that part of El Campello is fantastic. I would warn you to hire a car with a bit of power. We had to Fiat Tipos and they struggled up the final part of the hill to the villa, we basically had to grind up in first. And with that in mind, remember that this is on a mountain and at the top of a hill. Nothing is walking distance. You need a car!!

They have thought of absolutely everything for whatever kind of holiday you want - we chose to relax for the week and mainly cooked at the villa.

The supermarket down the road is fine for top ups, we used Aldi in El Campello quite heavily. Can recommend La Cova as a restaurant close by and the snorkelling around that part of El Campello is fantastic.
