The villa Betty offers a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was a huge plus for our group. We loved exploring the nearby towns and found many dining options within walking distance. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

No internet for the first few days, and the other houses look neater than this one. Shower head of the showers are broken. On the day of arrival, the hostess knew nothing about the reservation, and had to prepare things in the house last minute. Too bad we pay € 1400 for 10 nights for a house that is not like the pictures.

The house is reasonably clean and tidy, but as usual when you look in detail, the household utensils are not clean! There were glasses that were really dirty. The cooking pots also had to be cleaned one by one. The house is rented for 6 people, we rented it for the 2 of us, but there are no beer glasses, and there is only 1 champagne glass that was very dirty! Furthermore, there are a few minor defects: a lamp that is broken, a shut-off valve in the kitchen sink is missing, the hinges of a swing door in the kitchen cupboard are completely loose and the small flush of 1 toilet does not work. Furthermore, across the street, they are building a huge housing estate that causes a lot of noise and dust!

The house is large and spacious, but the lack of maintenance, care and attention in recent years is clearly observed. There are light bulbs hanging in the bathrooms without bulbs, and the furniture in these rooms is quite damaged, and a huge number of ants congregate practically every night.



The sofa in the living room is quite small and uncomfortable, covered with a blanket so that the dirt on it could not be seen.



As if this were not enough, in front of it there is a huge esplanade, where they are currently building, making it impossible to be in the pool, or outside without noise and dust. The excavators are at full capacity, right in front of the property.

House was very disappointing on arrival. Key handover of 1 minute from people who did not speak a word of English, Spanish or Dutch. Lots of deferred maintenance inside and out. Isn't worth a lot of money. At the pool you lie on plastic sunbeds… impossible. So we are away a lot, but of course that was not the intention. Pool tiles are loose, so you have to pay attention. I don't think the house is a good advertisement for Belvilla!

Beautiful house in a quiet area. Houses are close together, but you do not have to be bothered by the neighbors. Center of Torrevieja and the beach 15 minutes drive. 2 cars fit in the driveway. We were warned about crime in the neighborhood by the neighbor, but we were not bothered by it. Quesada is a village consisting of one street but is nice with the supermarket and some restaurants. House is spacious, air conditioning works well and pool is cleaned well. All in all, a very nice holiday in a nice place.

It is indeed a shame that I have to spend so much time here again, but if I don't do anything I better go back home!
The house was clean, but a number of things are missing: 8 LED lamps are broken or not there, the standing lamp in the living room does not burn, a lamp in the kitchen is broken, 1 of the 2 toilets is unusable because the toilet glasses are completely loose, in every bathroom a front panel is completely loose, the base of the coffee table is completely loose.
We are expected to keep the house clean, and we want that too, we are staying here for a month, but there are virtually no cleaning supplies, there are no cleaning cloths, chamois for the windows and the handle of the brush is missing, the bag of the vacuum cleaner is completely full and the brushes are very dirty!
The kitchen utensils are in good condition, but the frying pans are very dirty and unusable because the Teflon layers are damaged.
I first heard the response from the "owner" Mr. Robert Gnysinski and the keyholder Mrs. Margaret Przubysz waited before I wrote this review, they promised to fix everything, but so far I have only seen someone come and replace the cupboards in the 2 bathrooms (was less work than fixing the front panels?? ?). They are working on it now (12 Apr 24 - from 10:45 am)
I am trying to reach Robert for the other matters, but for the time being no answer via WhatsApp or on their phone number +34 608 245 598. I expect it will be sorted out, but when? Almost a week has already passed since the reports, replacing lamps and bringing in a sweeper handle can't take that long, can it?
If desired I can send photos.

The property is unfortunately a bit battered. Lots of minor damage to the house and furniture (wear and tear and/or lack of care by guests). The grill is so dirty that it is unusable. The rooftop terrace is very dingy/ dirty. The drain leaked in one of the bathrooms, but housekeeping fixed it immediately.



Conclusion: We expected a little "more" from this house, but it's worth living.

The location is convenient for exploring the Costa Blanca, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Lagunas de la Mata. The house was beautiful and the pool very nice. Everything is in stock (from a coffee machine to even an electric barbeque, satellite TV, grill, ...). Very quiet location, but little to do in the area, so you definitely need a (rental) car. The caretaker Sonia was a big downside, since her introduction took less than 5 minutes, leaving many questions unanswered (how does the coffee machine work ?, how does the satellite TV work ?, when is the pool cleaned ?, where is it the washing machine ?, can I put the car in. Also the barbeque was not cleaned, and there was only one kitchen towel in stock.

The rooftop terrace is very dingy/ dirty. The drain leaked in one of the bathrooms, but housekeeping fixed it immediately.



Conclusion: We expected a little "more" from this house, but it's worth living.

This summer 2 wonderful weeks in this villa allowed to stay The reception was super by Sonia she appte in advance for the time and she came at the same time with us The house is super were there with two adults and four teenagers (one of 18) and the was super The pool was very nice and was cleaned twice a week The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms super modern In the area are many nice restaurants and the cities of Torrevieja and Cartagena are definitely worthwhile We will definitely be back next year

The house was beautiful and the pool very nice. Everything is in stock (from a coffee machine to even an electric barbeque, satellite TV, grill, ...). Very quiet location, but little to do in the area, so you definitely need a (rental) car. The caretaker Sonia was a big downside, since her introduction took less than 5 minutes, leaving many questions unanswered (how does the coffee machine work ?, how does the satellite TV work ?, when is the pool cleaned ?, where is it the washing machine ?, can I put the car in. Also the barbeque was not cleaned, and there was only one kitchen towel in stock.

Beautiful house in a quiet area. Houses are close together, but you do not have to be bothered by the neighbors. Center of Torrevieja and the beach 15 minutes drive. 2 cars fit in the driveway. We were warned about crime in the neighborhood by the neighbor, but we were not bothered by it. Quesada is a village consisting of one street but is nice with the supermarket and some restaurants. House is spacious, air conditioning works well and pool is cleaned well. All in all, a very nice holiday in a nice place.

We have been trying to contact you for months, given the travel ban that was imposed in Belgium, we could not travel to Spain, we have also been in contact with Spain several times and they agreed that you would give us a new voucher or us refund money. Fantastic house! Modern, spacious, good beds and plumbing. Also perfect with babies and young children (baby cot, baby chair, hand mixer, etc.) Environment is not spectacular, but the necessary facilities within walking distance.

House was very disappointing on arrival. Key handover of 1 minute from people who did not speak a word of English, Spanish or Dutch. Lots of deferred maintenance inside and out. Isn't worth a lot of money. At the pool you lie on plastic sunbeds… impossible. So we are away a lot, but of course that was not the intention. Pool tiles are loose, so you have to pay attention. I don't think the house is a good advertisement for Belvilla!

No internet for the first few days, and the other houses look neater than this one. Shower head of the showers are broken. On the day of arrival, the hostess knew nothing about the reservation, and had to prepare things in the house last minute. Too bad we pay € 1400 for 10 nights for a house that is not like the pictures.
