On the ground floor, you will find a ceramic hob with oven, coffee machine and toaster in the kitchen, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dining room with a seating area and a small reading room. In the living room you can use the DVD player and the TV, or listen to your favourite music on the CD player, while the fire in the stove rounds off the feel-good atmosphere. We also offer you pleasant comfort in the friendly furnished bathroom with shower and WC. Under the roof there are two bedrooms; equipped with a double bed and two single beds respectively.

Location and surroundings of object
You will stay in a beautiful small holiday home (non-smoking) with a wonderful view of the Eder valley. The banks of the Eder are only about 100 metres away and invite you to go hiking, cycling or skating. The house is modern and lovingly furnished, and was completely renovated in 2008/2009. Next to the house is the outdoor seating area, where garden furniture (table, chairs, a barbecue and 2 loungers) is available for you to relax and enjoy a cosy get-together. The large garden is fenced in all around, and thus offers ideal opportunities for children as well. Anraff is a small village in the Eder valley, surrounded by densely wooded hills with deciduous and coniferous trees. The scenic surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling and canoeing. (Canoe, bicycle and even donkey rental are available in the village). The neighbouring village of Bergheim is only 2 km away and can also be reached via a well-developed cycle path. Here you will find a large grocery shop, a country butcher's shop, a small bakery, a doctor and a pharmacy.

Pure nature,
Blackbirds, titmice, sparrows and more sang,

A midday nap under the green tree,

If I were a dog, I wouldn't want to leave here,

Short vacation
For those seeking tranquility. Very nice, well-kept property, the house is clean and comfortably furnished. Good and very friendly but unobtrusive care, with all necessary tips and advice. Our dog (and of course we as well) was particularly thrilled with the large, fenced garden. The weather was excellent despite all predictions. As it got down to freezing at night, we also appreciated the fireplace. At Easter, we participated in the large Easter bonfire (very convenient, as it was right behind the house), where we quickly made contact with the attendees. All interesting things, as well as shopping opportunities, are quickly and easily accessible. In short, a very nice and relaxing short vacation, anytime again.

Wellness vacation
A really cozy and well-equipped little cottage with a large garden around it. We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace.

Short vacation
The vacation home Woennmann appealed to us very much, we felt comfortable from the beginning. The hosts have furnished the house with love and thought of all the little things that are needed in such a house.
