Fantastic location! Close to Rojales and a short drive from Torrevieja. We enjoyed cycling on the nearby trails and in the natural parks. The villa itself was modern and stylish. Highly recommended for families.

Belvilla by OYO Casa Theunissen was the perfect getaway for our family. The private pool was a hit with the kids, and the garden provided a lovely area to relax. The villa was clean and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable.

We had a lot of fun in this villa! The location is ideal, a short drive from beautiful beaches and local restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace.

We had 2 wonderful weeks at Casa Theunissen. Fine for a family with 2 children, but perhaps a bit small for 6 people. For example, there is only a 2-person bench as seating in the living room (but not much space for chairs).
The location is perfect for going to Torrevieja or Alicante, for example. There is plenty to do in the area.
The garden with swimming pool is nice, and a lounge sofa to sit comfortably would be an addition.
The cooking utensils are a bit outdated (for example, a frying pan burns) and seems a bit sparse (no saucepan or sharp small knives).
There is still construction going on further down the street, but we were not bothered by that.
The mattresses were wonderful, not the standard harder Spanish mattresses.

We had 2 great weeks at Casa Theunissen. Perfect for a family with 2 children, but perhaps a bit small for 6 people. There is only a 2-person sofa in the living room (not much space for additional chairs either). The location is perfect for visiting places like Torrevieja or Alicante. There is plenty to do in the area. The garden with pool is nice, although adding a lounge sofa would be a great addition for sitting comfortably. The kitchen utensils are a bit outdated (e.g., frying pan sticks) and seem a bit lacking (no saucepan or sharp small knives). Construction is ongoing further down the street, but it didn't bother us. The mattresses were comfortable, not the typical harder Spanish ones.

In addition, what bothered us the most and why we left 2 days earlier is the construction site opposite the house that caused us a lot of noise nuisance. Too bad because you could not sit quietly in the garden.

They are building on the other side. a lot of noise. Should have been reported sooner rather than later. Noise early in the morning. The air conditioning upstairs is leaking and the kitchen utensils are not very good. Skillet is falling apart, really set up for eating out.

We received constant electric shocks when touching electrical appliances, so we no longer used them. -On arrival we had half a roll of toilet paper for the whole family-If the dishwasher doesn't work, at least provide a scouring pad, drying rack and more tea towels.-No extra garbage bags. -Too little bath towels for the whole family To top it all off, we found (dogs?) turds at the pool. When I asked the manager about this, she indicated that the previous tenants did not have a dog. I do not know how long it has been there, but I assume that if the house is cleaned after each tenant, this should have been seen. In short: the house is very nice in a nice neighborhood but with all the disadvantages we will stay here in the future no longer use it. Especially for this price you expect a bit more service.
