The exterior, with its rustic charm, is truly beautiful. The highlight is the wonderful natural swimming pool, which, free from chemical additives, cleans itself through water movement. It measures 6m x 6m with a uniform depth of 1.4m. If you're staying with children, rest assured it's elevated and protected. You can soak up the Mediterranean sun on four sun loungers, and an outdoor shower is perfect for a quick cool-down. Here, nature truly comes alive; depending on the season, you can pick fresh oranges, plums, lemons, and apricots directly from the trees. The free-roaming chickens and chicks on the property will also provide charming company. A terrace with an awning is an ideal spot for a BBQ with friends. This lovely property is fenced, has direct neighbors, and is just a few meters from the village of Porreres.

On the ground floor, a dining room with fireplace invites to long evenings. The typical Majorcan kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds invite you to dream. A bathroom with bathtub serves the lower floor. Under the staircase is the pantry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

A staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find a large living-dining room with a piano; a nice place to relax, perhaps while watching a film on the satellite TV. Two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with shower complete the upstairs. We can provide a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. The house offers a total of four fans and two electric radiators.

Porreres is a very authentic village, surrounded by countryside and forests, which is located in the centre of the island. In the centre you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. After a family dinner in the village, you don't need to take the car as you can walk from the centre of Porreres to the house. If you like sports, the area is perfect for cycling and excursions such as a visit to the Sanctuary of Cura or a ride on horseback through Randa.

Regarding the beaches, in about half an hour by car you will reach the south coast and the village of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Playa des Carbó, Sa Rapita, Es Trenc and Playa des Port are paradises with fine sand and crystal clear water. In Colonia de Sant Jordi good fish and seafood restaurants await you.

Please note that the swimming pool has no lights. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.

The property was rustic and conveniently located near the town/village for amenities like supermarkets and bars/restaurants, It was well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, fans, sun loungers etc, The location was quiet and we enjoyed the presence of chickens roaming around,
