This is a gorgeous 4-bedroom villa for 8 people that offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. It also has a large private swimming pool and is only 5 km from the beach, making it the ideal spot for a seaside vacation.
The towns of Denia, Teulada, and Moraira are great for day trips and are located 20 to 40 km from the Pego. Only 5 km away is a golf course. The Pego town centre is 2.5 km away and has restaurants and supplies.
The home has garden furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. A cot and high chair are available for a fee. You're allowed to bring up to 2 pets for €50 per pet.
The Valencia Airport is 95 km away. The owner recommends that you bring a car as it is a necessity to get around in the area.

is presented here more beautiful than it is and is not suitable for staying in the winter. this is how we experienced it: we arrived and it was poorly cleaned, dirty fridge, signs of use in the bathrooms, dirty windows of the conservatory, etc. there was also a lot of black mold on the ceiling in 1 of the bathrooms, it was cold and musty, the stove was broken, the boiler far too small for the number of bathrooms and we had a lot to do with Stroomuitval.we were allowed to arrange everything ourselves regarding the making of the stove and we had to communicate everything between Belvilla, homeowner , house manager and mechanic company, which of course you don't feel like doing during your holiday. nobody takes anything off your hands in any case, because everyone shifts the responsibility af.qua location of the house is not suitable for the winter. the conservatory is on the shady side of the house where there is no sun during the day and there is nothing to heat the room. so you don't have much of the beautiful view in winter because it is simply too cold to be there. The house, the pool and almost all seating areas are in the shade of the mountain. I can imagine that that is fine in the summer, but in the winter you can't sit outside anywhere. The only place where you can normally sit in the sun is on top of the parking lot, but a complete villa is being built 10 meters from it, so there you have noise and 0 privacy.Last point is the downstairs bedroom. that really looks more like a prison that is very badly maintained and. you will find cobwebs, a broken fridge and apparently they dumped construction waste behind 1 of the closed doors during construction, so that it constantly smells of mold and you can't do anything about that. so if you really want to stay here with 8 guests you will have to disappoint 2 people with a stay in this penal loft, which does not fit at all with a "villa" experience or holiday.

Beautiful and well equipped villa, both inside and outside the house. Neatly furnished. With all the needs of comfort. A piece of the civilized world. Car is not a must but necessary!

Beautiful location with beautiful views. Unfortunately, there were many points in the house not in order. Mold in one of the bedrooms and various devices were broken. Reaction from landlord late and not everything well arranged. Unfortunately!
