We are already at age (75 and 82) so we saw quite a bit up the stairs, we had heard that mrs. Rauch had broken her hand, but sir and mrs. Rauch helped with the luggage to bring up. we were already a few years back so we knew it was a cozy home and a complete kitchen. No sense in cooking at 5 min. away a restaurant, very good and cheap, also pick up. We have had a wonderful holiday, thanks also to the hr and mrs. Rauch who helped us a lot. It is a shame that the distance is too big for us otherwise we would certainly have come back again. We can definitely recommend this apartment !!!!

We greatly enjoyed our two children who live in Germany. A very beautiful and well-kept house in detail with welcoming and helpful owners. A beautiful setting with something for everyone. Great hike, decent climbs if you are looking for but also attractive towns beautiful castles, many lakes. Lovely fall with unexpected beautiful views. With the weather we have had a lot of variety but are allowed to go out every day and yes the snow was also very nice.

Everything was taken into the house and when Mr. and Mrs. Rauch could always ask questions about the area. The second Saturday of our holiday was Mr Rauch birthday and we were invited to a BBQ with friends neighbors and relatives. Very special and cozy. Lots to see in the area, cycling around the Forgensee is doing fine and you can swim in the Kalterbrunnersee 2km from the house. Repeating !! Fam Waanders

We enjoyed a sumptuous holiday in a unique vakantielocatie.Het stay in people's homes. It is a large house where the owners (very nicest people) live downstairs and use the left part of the upper floor. The entire right side is a holiday with a good living room, a separate kitchen with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Furthermore, two very spacious 2 double bedrooms and a children's room with 1 bed. The beautiful bathroom with bath is located on the corridor (at 2 meters from the entrance). This is only for tenants but not standing in the closing portion of the vakantiewoning.Opvallend is that everything in the house is very new look. For us it was the second time in this cottage. Last time, we were pleased to stay with family from abroad again to stay near Neuschwanstein Castle. We were warmly welcomed by the Mr and Mrs Rauch, the owners. Mw Rauch led us to the house and explained how all equipment works. We were there with 5 adults and a child of 13 months. Because our grandson was with us, they had set up a camp bed and high chair and everything was of good quality. It is a spacious house with 3 bedrooms, large bathroom and living room and everything very clean. And if something is missing, you can ask and will be brought immediately. Nothing is too much for these people and they enjoy taking care of the guests.

The accommodation is fully equipped. Unfortunately, the owner was not aware that we were with a small child. On site was still down quickly put a cot. The owners are certainly welcoming. The apartment is spacious, especially the bedrooms. Gripe is that the single room and debadkamer not to close off part v lie the apartment. You walk into the hallway you share with owners. The bathroom is only v guests. With slats seeks to you yet with privacy. The apartment itself is non-smoking, but you can not say unfortunately v throughout the house and that you can definitely keep ruiken.Prem is centrally located in the region and a good place for numerous activities v. Not to be missed is the cable car to the mountain tile, pricey but worth it!

The house is spacious and offers lots of privacy. The family is friendly and helpful. A shop is not in Prem, a bakery a block away (not open Sundays). In the neighboring village, supermarkets and petrol pump. Off of the holiday are all kinds of excursions. Attractions are nearby. But places like Innsbruck, Lindau, Garmisch, Oberammergau are within easy reach. A holiday which is very nice.

We experienced two beautiful weeks in Prem. The owners are very welcoming, the cottage was very neat. Nearby was something to do every day, the region is very child friendly. Highly recommended.
