A charming place in a beautiful setting, the mountains surrounding the area were stunning, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. A true gem!

Great location near beautiful hiking trails and ski lifts. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals after a day out. I will definitely return!

The vacation home was well-equipped and clean, making our stay quite comfortable. We appreciated the spacious layout, which easily accommodated our group of friends. It was a convenient base for exploring Berchtesgaden National Park and the nearby ski lifts. The proximity to local dining options like Cafe Waldstein was a nice addition. Overall, a solid choice for a week in the snow or a getaway in nature.

It was a nice vacation, beautiful area, and great for skiing during the spring break in Rossfeld. The cottage itself was okay but not very special. Quite outdated overall and not well cleaned before our arrival. It was nice that there were multiple floors so that several families could stay comfortably.

This holiday home was perfect for our family trip. It was clean, comfortable, and the kids had a lot of fun in the garden. The location is ideal for hiking and exploring the national park.

Appointment for the handover of the apartment agreed by phone, but no one showed up. After waiting, finally contact us by phone. No briefing in the house, just a gruff note of where the keys can be found. Instead, the landlady rang the doorbell very early the next morning. Equipment mediocre, dishes partly dirty, bathrooms badly cleaned (hair on the floor, dirty stool), thick layer of dust on the furniture in the bedroom. No possibility to regulate the heating, therefore sauna temperatures downstairs in the kitchen-living room and bedroom, while the upper apartments are freezing. WLAN only works downstairs in the kitchen-cum-living room, otherwise very weak or not available. Only one kitchen towel per apartment. No fire alarms in the bedrooms!

Nice landlady, the location of the house is very nice with the Ache directly behind the house, in the house everything you need for crockery and cutlery and co. For very good, there is a lack of detail, for example flower boxes or similar decorations, which would make the whole thing a little more cozy, but a clear recommendation

We were 6 adults and 5 children and we had 3 floors and all were fully satisfied. For all 3 families a floor we could nevertheless sit together but each had also its own area.

Nice place for a family reunion, but lack of communication from both Belvilla and the owner made it difficult. Belvilla said they would contact owner for answer and then I never heard. Other times they told me to contact owner and then I never heard either.

We enjoyed our stay, although the weather did not cooperate. The apartment was comfortable enough to stay inside, and the host provided excellent recommendations for nearby indoor activities.
