Our house is sunny, quiet and yet centrally located, surrounded by green meadows and a magnificent mountain panorama. The Königssee and the Jenner skiing area are only a 5-minute walk away!
The holiday flat, equipped for 2-5 people, is located on the ground floor and is comfortably furnished, with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player with sound system and DVD collection, stereo system and telephone. It has a size of 46 m² and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a separate WC. On request, we can provide you with a second, separate bedroom! The flat has a south-facing terrace with an adjoining lawn where you can enjoy your breakfast or afternoon coffee. A parking space for your car is available directly at the house!

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is an ideal starting point for many companies: The Koenigssee, the Jenner cable car, the famous Kunsteisrodelbahn, a ski school and a ski track are located in the immediate vicinity, as well shops, restaurants, a bus stop and a heated outdoor pool. In addition to the unique natural landscape of the National Park (watzmann, Eagle ...) and the Chiemsee, the Salzkammergut and Salzburg are worth a visit. We will inform you Schoenau am Koenigssee is the southeastern town of Germany, bounded on the west by the Ramsau valley in the north and open to the settlement area of ??the market Berchtesgaden. In the east and south but a stone boundary wall build identical to the mighty mountain ranges of the Hohen Goll, Hagengebirge and Steinerenen sea - the common border with the neighboring province of Salzburg.

Doppelbuchung, "nicht mein Problem"
Obwohl vor über einem Jahr gebucht und entsprechend bestätigt war bei unserem Eintreffen die Wohnung doppelt gebucht. Uns wurde als Alternative eine nicht akzeptable Wohnung angeboten.
Laut Besitzer hat er mit der doppelten Buchung nichts zu tun da seine Tochter die Buchungen koordiniert!!! Da keine Ferienwohnung in der Nähe verfügbar war, fuhren wir am nächsten Tag die 850 km zurück. Also Achtung

The flat is in an absolute top location. From the terrace you can see the Jenner and the Watzmann.
The flat is very well equipped and has everything you need for living. The landlady Mrs. Hölzl is a very nice lady
We can only recommend the flat.
We will definitely come back
