We had a wonderful stay in this vacation home in Loßburg! The spacious layout was perfect for our family gathering and the children enjoyed playing in the large lawn outside. The barbecue on the terrace was a fantastic way to spend our evenings. The location is quiet but close to restaurants and shops, just a short walk away. Highly recommended for families!

What a charming place! The views from the balcony were stunning, especially in the morning light. We enjoyed exploring nearby Baden-Baden and even took a day trip to Strasbourg. The hosts were kind and responsive, which made our stay even better. The only downside was the weather, but that didn't affect our mood.

This vacation home is perfect for a family retreat! Many bedrooms and bathrooms, and the living room was ideal for relaxing together after a day of skiing. We particularly enjoyed the barbecue facilities. The nearby ski resort was an added bonus. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The house was big enough for us. 4 adults and 5 children (2 of which were 16 years old) beds were made, enough towels for use. Washing machine available, etc. All very complete. The host and hostess are very friendly and approachable. We live nearby and otherwise they can be found in the restaurant around the corner. No negatives at this location. There is a lot to see in the area, everything is beautiful. Supermarket is also close by. The wi-fi was bad or just not there. But it can be solved with a hotspot or something.

The weather was a bit disappointing because the house is very spacious, we could enjoy themselves with 2 families with 4 children. The house is maintained to a good standard. The pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen is very well equipped and the living area is spacious. It is well equipped for young children BUT the living area is on 3 different levels with open marble stairs linking each floor. With a crawling baby and a 15 month old toddler this was a nightmare. We had to make gates and fences out of old bits of furniture and couldn't relax ll week. The house is quite dark inside and although it has a balcony and terrace neither are in the afternoon sun so we felt the large garden could be better utilised. The beds were very comfortable. We had over €200 to pay at the end for cleaning, bills and tourist tax. The Owner came in one day to water the plants without telling us in advance so rather scared one of our party who was taking a nap. Lossburg has a fantastic outdoor swimming pool which is about a 10 min walk. There is lots of cycling in the forest and catching the train back up the valley was great.

The house is lovely; clean and comfortable, and full of interesting shapes. Be prepared for about 140 euros extra charge at the end of your stay for services, tourist tax and cleaning. I can recommmend a visit to the glassblowers at Wolfach via the train, Farienland just up past the swimming pool, and the park just beyond Shomberg is the best I've ever been to. For those who tire of pork the restaurant just across the road, Farienhotel has a good range of fish and vegetarian meals on their menu. It was a thrououghly enjoyable week and the kids want to go back next year. Top holiday, 5 stars.

We were here for spring break (14 Feb 2015) with 2 families 4 adults and 5 children (7-12 years). Infrastructure perfect 5 spacious bedrooms with all new bedding and duvets, 2 full bathrooms, spacious lounge area with brand new lounge, kitchen including kitchen towels, blender and all imaginable necessities ... dining area also with two tables one to 10 people and one for 6 If bonus, an extra table on the upper floor where the kids could play. Spent Christmas at Haus Schröder. Many walks in the immediate area, for kids to do (Bear Park, open air) not too far away. Free train combination makes walking and back by train or bus very attractive.

Beautiful spacious house. Service fantastic owners. Restaurant & LT50 meters away. Surrounding a large forest. Walks directly from the house. Beautiful towns in the area, especially Gengenbach and Wolfach. Freudenstadt beautiful city with lovely squares surrounded by great restaurants and shopping (little). Everywhere a sense of calm and remarkably clean. Free transport by train and bus Gästenkarte is an invention.

We love the winter but not skiing. We love hiking in winter landscapes. This is what we all found in Lossburg. A fantastic beautiful forest with many features and a very pleasant holiday house with lots of space and luxury. We had a great week and look forward with pleasure to return.

Very hospitable people, though it was present and, if necessary, we would have needed anything we had to let you know. From this central location it was possible for us many beautiful places to visit in the Black Forest. We really enjoyed this holiday.

The house is maintained to a good standard. The pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen is very well equipped and the living area is spacious. It is well equipped for young children BUT the living area is on 3 different levels with open marble stairs linking each floor. With a crawling baby and a 15 month old toddler this was a nightmare. We had to make gates and fences out of old bits of furniture and couldn't relax ll week. The house is quite dark inside and although it has a balcony and terrace neither are in the afternoon sun so we felt the large garden could be better utilised.

The beds were very comfortable. We had over €200 to pay at the end for cleaning, bills and tourist tax. The
Owner came in one day to water the plants without telling us in advance so rather scared one of our party who was taking a nap.

Lossburg has a fantastic outdoor swimming pool which is about a 10 min walk. There is lots of cycling in the forest and catching the train back up the valley was great.

We were here for spring break (14 Feb 2015) with 2 families 4 adults and 5 children (7-12 years). Infrastructure perfect 5 spacious bedrooms with all new bedding and duvets, 2 full bathrooms, spacious lounge area with brand new lounge, kitchen including kitchen towels, blender and all imaginable necessities ... dining area also with two tables one to 10 people and one for 6 If bonus, an extra table on the upper floor where the kids could play. Also basement with washer and sorting bins for waste and garage where we could lose skis. Generally, a cozy house divided with half the depth that is spacious, well kept and especially very complete (towels, hair dryers, toilet utensils until now!). Owners super friendly and helpful, live nearby with cozy bistro where it was delicious meals for little money and the kids got a custom options menu! During our stay there was a lot of snow with temperatures between -5 and + 5 ° C only thing was the proper final settlement tax (€ 50), cleaning (€ 50) (known in advance), but the energy of water / gas / Electricity was again one week € 230, which is pricey (especially knowing that we o

There's really nothing to say about the accomodatie.De Schroeder family is extremely friendly and the restaurant behulpzaam.In Stefanie Schroeder is the price quality cheap to eat everyday. If you say anything of a dish not on the menu, one gets the following day already the option to eat anyway if you wenst.De environment that allows to serve as a base for the surrounding steden.Eventuele skiers , hikers and swimmers can also find their liking in walking distance.

we wanted a house in southern Germany to be away for a week and visit the university town of my daughter. House Schröder did excellent. The only downside (for my adult children and students) was the lack of WiFi. We solved. For the rest it was a pleasant and comfortable home with everything that we needed (rarely rented a house that is so full of all gamkken was provided)

We travelled here, after flying to Paris and driving through the beautiful countryside - the Black Forest is so picturesque

The house is just great. Very large and very nice. Ideally suited for the holiday with several family friends. The location is quiet. The decor is fine. Everything you need what you need. Fantastic house, very nice people, even with 37 degrees it was fine to stay here thanks to the veranda. Beautiful environment! Tobogganing, ziplining, everything in the neighborhood, we did not get bored for a moment!

Always nice again, we go there for years. The house is very nice, equipped with everything you need. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We have 7 Adults and two children had a great holiday home schroder .it loss burg town is very beautiful and also freudenstadt.Het was just unfortunate deat station in loss burg was remodeled so that you had to freudenstadt to go by train .It is pity that the garden is not maintained grass is not mowed, etc. so that the children could not be spelen.Ook the settee and single mattresses need replacing toe.Verder the Schroder family is very helpful and can in their restaurant delicious and very cheap food .WE had a very nice holiday this home is a must for many mensen.Fam Wolff Hattemerbroek.

Perfect for two families with lots of space. The free public transport with the tourist tax is fantastic value. The owner is really helpful and welcoming. Lots to do in the local area and tourist information is 15 minutes walk from the house, Country walks to the swimming pool and brewery and a short drive to the bear park. Take the train to Wolfach and blow your own glass vase.

We have two weeks to two families in the house of the fam Schröder stayed and that is our very liked. It is a fine spacious house of (almost) fully equipped. The setting is beautiful. We have made many trips by train (it is free for tourists with guest card). Mr. and mrs. Schroeder are very friendly and welcoming. We have several times had dinner in the restaurant of mevr.Schröder.

Very nice large holiday home in a quiet location. We are right in the forest with our dogs. The house is particularly suitable for several families. Everything is there that you need. We have been coming here for years and have loved to come here.

The house has plenty of space and retreat, as the rooms are spread over several levels. However, This also makes it relatively quickly cool because the cold air up pulls up from the cellar. The house is rather on the outskirts and offers around nice paths for walking, which is especially good with dogs.

The property is not fenced in and not well maintained either...I had to keep an eye on my dog...so that he didn't run away.The house is okay...so far. Everything is a bit dated but functional. Surroundings are very nice for long walks. Overall okay if you don't have high expectations.
