The owners were very friendly people. The woman spoke very clear by its dialect. Inside is the house match the picture 's website but the cleanliness left much to be desired sink just dried out (not washed with product), pubic hair on the underside of the toilet seat, many hairs at headquarters (dog hair) and a terrible smell in the stairwell (the smoked meats make the farmers). Outside the terrace was filthy (not like the picture 's on the website), there were heaps of tables and chairs on which many cats got their food. We were on the tables then possibly eat. There was at some 20 meters from the cottage an enormous dunghill what many stink entailed. On the website you see photo 's of a ping-pong table, which was broken in the backyard. There also was a small table with two chairs where you could possibly enjoy the view (many bird droppings on the table and dirty chairs you then had only accompaniments). teeter for children is completely corroded. We live in town and have no garden. We had been looking forward to even sit outside every evening and possibly do a BBQ but that could all not by the filth and stench. Each a

We had a perfect stay with the family Renz in Waldacher Hof. The surrounding is very quiet and perfect for nature lovers. The apartment has a large living room combined with dining and a kitchen. The kitchen has all the utensels you need to do some basic cooking in the apartment. The apartment has a large master bedroom and a second (also quite large) bedroom for the children. Local pubs/bistros are also available at very reasonable pricing, so going out for diner with the whole family is an option. The apartment is part of an (eco) farm house so children will also love seeing the cows, pigs and chickens around the farm. The family Renz is very friendly and helpful.

The landlords are very friendly and we were welcomed very friendly. Unfortunately, the apartment has gotten very old, the mattresses have been passed through the sofa, so that even the wooden construction could feel. The cleanliness is unfortunately completely unsatisfactory, everywhere dust, hair, crumbs spider webs. The entrance area is unfortunately completely uncleaned does not smell good - unfortunately the apartment smelled the same. The windows had unfortunately no fly screens, so we had a huge flying invasion. As a bonus, there were expired pasta spices (2015 2016 expired). Overall absolutely inadequate justified not the least the price - even if we were kindly not the final cleaning had to pay.

In the middle of the Black Forest, convenient location and ample forests in the area. The holiday home covers most of the upper floor and is for a family with three children sufficient ruim.De landlords are welcoming and vriendelijk.Overdag there is plenty to do in the area "at night there is little or nothing to do but we knew in advance. However, in our opinion, three big minpunten1. The farm is quite noisy and we were on the top floor also very good on the TV and hear conversations below. Flights to the balcony unfortunately could not (see 2) 2. The balcony on the photo 's is not attached to the guesthouse but located one floor below and is attached to the house. You can however make use of it. In our case it was not possible because it was full of stacked tables and chairs and other spullen.3. However, we found the most unpleasant odor in the house. (You have the house to get to the apartment) .It smells musty and for smoked vlees.Overdag we have lot of fun with all kinds of outings but the nights were really not nice .Hierdoor we are a few days earlier left to go home.

We had a great holiday there. What just noticed that the apartment only for quotoog & "is cleaned me. The cobwebs hanging in the corners and where not properly wakes during brushing, just was not clean. I also think it is important that there are covers on the mattresses. Also, this was not the case. It is a very nice and welcoming family. We have a day together walked through the area and the owner has told us much about it. In short, we had a good holiday, only allowed for me something cleaner!

Wij zijn in augustus anderhalve week te gast geweest op het Waldacher Hof, met onze twee dochters van 6 en 8. We werden zeer warm ontvangen door zowel de eigenaren als hun 9-jarige dochtertje. De familie is bescheiden en gunt je zeker je privacy, maar is ook erg belangstellend en doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Barbequen, een vuurtje stoken, op het paardje rijden, gebruik maken van de speelfaciliteiten om het huis, de dieren aaien en voeren? Alles mag! Onze dochters hebben het er dan ook echt geweldig gehad en konden het goed vinden met het dochtertje, die duidelijk gewend is om veel (vreemde) kindertjes om zich heen te hebben. Toen wij er waren, hadden ze een nestje haasjes, waar de meisjes mee konden knuffelen en de koeien, kalfjes, kippen, varkens, hond, katten en natuurlijk het paard maakten het helemaal af! Het appartement is weliswaar ín de boerderij, maar helemaal afgeschermd van de rest van het huis, dus privacy genoeg. Het appartement is ruim en was prima schoon. Het linnengoed is prima en voldoende in aantal en de wasmachine op de badkamer is ideaal. De buitenruimte en het terras zijn gedeeld, maar dat vonden wij geen probleem er is meer dan genoeg ruimte en op steenworp afstand kun je om een vuurplaatsje zitten, waar je een vuurtje kunt maken. Op 500 m. afstand van de boerderij is een speeltuin die heel goed uitgerust is en ook nog eens een schitterend uitzicht heeft. De boerderij ligt aan de bosrand en je kunt dan ook vanaf huis allerlei mooie wandelingen maken. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is 10 minuten. De familie had veel tips voor activiteiten in de directe omgeving en wij zijn er dan ook veel op uit geweest. De dichtstbijzijnde plaats van formaat is Freudenstadt. Deze mooie en gezellige plaats is heel makkelijk en snel te bereiken met de auto (nog geen 20 minuten) en biedt naast een heleboel winkels en restaurants. In Schwarzwald kun je gratis met bus en trein reizen en dat legt de eigenaar je bij aankomst uit. We hebben hiervan gebruik gemaakt door met de trein van Freudenstadt naar Karlsruhe te gaan. Verder hebben we teveel gedaan om op te noemen. Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad - voor kinderen is er meer dan voldoende vertier om het huis, voor volwassenen is er heerlijk rust. Schwarzwald is schitterend, schoon, zeer kindvriendelijk (werkelijk overal heel goed onderhouden speeltuintjes) en de mensen zijn gastvrij. Kortom er is meer dan voldoende te doen in de omgeving als je wilt en deze rustige plek als uitvalsbasis in het wat minder toeristische gedeelte van Schwarzwald, betekent dat je wat minder midden in de toeristische mallemolen zit, maar je meer dan genoeg opties in de omgeving hebt om leuke dingen te doen.

After a very friendly reception we found a spacious, clean and very well equipped apartment. The only thing missing was a microwave (we had a year with us) but that was not onoverkomelijk.Zeer cool for kids are naturally present farm animals: cows, pigs, rabbits and geese and the fact that with the farmer on the tractor were allowed to ride hay and corn to pick. Kids happy, parents happy, successful holiday.

it was a very nice ervaring.een nice welcome on arrival! a beautiful house in a very nice area sported on the berg.we given a tour by mother and daughter, as lief.de accommodation we stayed in was tip top shape. everything to perfection ready for us stay.We were nothing tekort.de kids have their good vermaakt.zo there is a swing, slide and lots of leeway provided buiten.dieren missing also not like cows, rabbits, geese, cats, enz.op Saturday there is even the shop open to the residents where fresh bread, cheese and other delicacies can krijgen.vanuit residence you have a beautiful view and you have direct access to a forest where you can walk kilometers and even a playground , meadow and tennis court tegenkomt.de rest is good vinden.een highly recommended to also consider going to draw is Triberg, about an hour from Waldachtal af.het was just super!!

Perfect location to unwind, hardly sounds around you, you walk from the yard into the woods and the car you are within 30 minutes in a cool place like Freudenstadt or you drive on the Schwarzwaldhochstraße. We were z "n the two of us and our little dog. Thereby, a very spacious apartment, but also the five persons where the apartment is rented, it is a beautiful spacious apartment. Absolutely not suitable for people who want to be kept hardly offer but for us so well!
