Rustic charm at its finest! The vintage decoration gave the apartment a warm atmosphere, and the private pond was a lovely place to relax. We also made great use of the grill on the terrace. Definitely a great choice for a family vacation.

What a nice welcome! We didn't meet the landlord himself, but we were received so kindly and warmly by the neighbors, who obviously take care of things, that we felt super comfortable right away! Even during our stay, both of them were always available to help us! Thank you very much for that! We had rented all three holiday apartments in the house for a family gathering, and all three were very spacious, cozy, and well-equipped! It was a great weekend!

The house contained more homes. In two of them, our children and grandchildren were sitting with abnormally much space to their complete satisfaction. Our home was 2-person and a bitter disappointment. What a worn out hovel with a more than poor decor. Adjacent was a party room. If it was in use, you wouldn't sleep a wink until late at night because of the thumping music. The later the louder. Little can be said about the area, the only restaurant in the village was permanently closed. All this briefly summarized for us once but never again.

Bernkastl, Trier and Idar Oberstein are worth visiting. Pity the cold wind not invited what to make longer walks . A disappointment was that Talblick has an adjoining hall, where a party was held on Sunday evening.'s kitchen Banquet adjacent to one of the bedrooms (with a very thin and so cramped partition).
