We found the buzzing sound of the neighbors very disturbing, no umbrella in the garden, no nice garden set with cushions to sit reasonably. Beautiful surroundings but the stay is not worth repeating for us. Reception experienced as mediocre.

We had a great time in this holiday home. Everything was clean and well organized. The kitchen had all the necessary things we needed, and the living area was cozy for family gatherings. The only downside was the limited dining options nearby, but we enjoyed cooking together and preparing our own meals.

The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature and near the forest for some beautiful hikes. We took a day trip to Bernkastel-Kues, which was easy and enjoyable. The house itself was spacious enough for us, and the high chair and children's bed made it convenient for our little one. We would consider returning.

We were received on time and very friendly. The accommodation is very nice, homey, so to relax. The master bedroom is large and the bed comfortable. Living room with the two couches and the armchair invite you to relax, read etc. ein.Ein small drawback is the lack of microwave, because then food always in a pan or pan to warm up. At our reservation it was on the homepage WLan Gratis. A Wi-Fi was not available. That was annoying because during my stay I still had to work on the Internet and had to buy additional data for my smartphone for about 40 euros. That was very annoying. The cottage is located in the middle of now where and there are no shops and restaurants nearby so you need a car to gaan.De on garden path is great but to maintain and you have to share the garden with the two homeowners beside this house there is no afscheiding.Wij do have entertained us because we just went out every day on it. There is much to see Bern Castle, Cochem, Trier, and we also have a wine festival witnessed very nice.

Had some difficulty finding accommodation to start with since picked up key from owners (their house was easy to find) but they did not offer to show us where it was and it is down an unmarked track with nothing to indicate we had found the right place. Only recognised it from the picture on the Belvilla website. Kitchen is fairly basic considering it is self catering although there were ample plates etc. Otherwise it is very comfortable and everything worked properly. Very close to Bernkassel-Kues (there is a back road that is easy to find so it is quick to get there and there is a good supermarket available). Easy to get to the other Moselle towns and Trier is only about 25 minutes drive away. Maring-Noviand is very rural and there are a lot of very good walks close to the accommodation as well as dedicated cycle paths. It would have been helpful if there had been a book with recommendations or comments from previous occupants giving a guide to things to see and do (for example, where to hire cycles) or restaurants to go to (or avoid). We did not see the owners for the whole week we were there although they were very friendly when they came to check on our departure. We did see the neighbours (the accommodation is semi-detached) and they were friendly and not intrusive. If you want somewhere quiet and comfortable and within easy reach of the traditional Moselle towns this is ideal

An ideal holiday home, well equipped. Comfortable bed! Very helpful caretaker who did not speak English but brought her daughter who did around to make sure everything was ok. Lovely area, well worth another visit to explore more and I would definitely book the same property.

Nice holiday house located in a nice area. To the Moselle to visit you have to get into the car. It is an authentic house is well renovated and cozy interior. There were several cases of owners still present. The garden borders a forest and you have views of the terraces of the neighbors who live here permanently. A fenced yard would have been nice. In a few minutes you reach Bernkastel-Kues what ee beautiful Moselle town to visit. Wittlich you have a big Real supermarket where you can find everything for your daily needs. We have had a great midweek.

It is a beautiful house, fully furnished and bothered by the neighbors in the house you have not switched. Privacy in the garden behind which seems to be shared is not there. The house is really at the end of a road, so much peace. It is ideal for an outing. We were there with 6 friends for weinfesten. Next year again!

On arrival we had to call the owner of the key, according to the paper was the key at No. 71, is not so! She was there within 10 minutes with the key and were introduced with the cottage. The beds were poor, both on account of back pain. No cutting board, it smelled musty and synthetic duvet covers and pillow cases. No Dutch channels on TV, half vd channels was not available. It seemed clean, but the furniture did not smell fresh, not dusty on the floor. Well good shower and toilet. Large refrigerator. for four people may be too small. Very dark because of small windows. Well enough crockery and cookware. Much clutter in cupboard in the hallway, old sneakers in the drawer!

The cottage is nice and atmospheric, but there is only one real bedroom, the second is via a ladder to an attic, only suitable for children of primary school age. You are close to Bernkastel-Kues and the entire Moselle valley can be visited from here. There is a garden with a terrace behind the house, but because you are on the first floor you have to walk around to get there. On the ground floor is a carport and an enclosed area. Adjacent to the house are two more residential units, but you only notice a car that sometimes drives away from the residents, they are not holiday homes. Appliances such as microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are not available. As a whole we like it.
