The house is in a quiet area and is suitable for both short and long stays. Checking in and out was absolutely smooth and as expected. The house is fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. At one point or another we would have met We wanted a little more attention to detail, but you could see that some renovation work was being carried out. In retrospect, we would have liked a house in which the living, dining and kitchen areas are connected. You can recommend this accommodation almost without reservation. The price / performance ratio is great!

We were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the (spacious) house. The house actually looks exactly like the pictures. However, the view is much nicer than the pictures and in itself a good reason to want to stay in this house. The house is situated on a mountain (hill) on the edge of a village of only 400 inhabitants. So there is a lot of peace and a beautiful, wide view of the hilly landscape. The veranda offers the possibility to enjoy this at all times. Tip: to keep insects out, it is useful to close some hatches and open the corresponding windows. This way you can ventilate without letting in insects. There are so many windows in the house that this is easy. The area offers many opportunities for tourist activities of various kinds: hiking, city visits (Kassel: Wilhelmshoehe!), Museums, castles ... There is also a lot for children: Winterberg (Erlebnisberg Kappe), natural swimming pools, playgrounds ... If you are prepared 30-45 there is plenty to do. Note: the beds are decent, but relatively on the hard side. If this is not desired, bring a soft top mattress yourself. We strongly recommend this location!

A really great house, huge and suitable for many types of groups given the 4 large bedrooms. Great equipment, we were allowed to inaugurate the brand new oven :-). Everything went smoothly and we will definitely be back!

The property is located on the edge of a village. It is a detached 2-family house which has been converted into a shared apartment. The space is accordingly large. Especially nice we found the large, heated conservatory with a beautiful view.

As always, it was completely uncomplicated. A great accommodation at an absolutely fair price. Everything was sparkling clean. If you had any questions, someone was always available. At check-in no wait- the reception was very warm. The control of the house and the briefing were relatively fast. The house is really huge and not crowded with 8 people. There is enough bathroom and toilets, the winter garden invites in bad weather. Spacious kitchen, generally all rooms rather large. It is a beautiful modern and clean house with LARGE refrigerator and plenty of space. There are music systems in the living room and in the bar - only criticism television there is only over IPTV. Football and boxing, we could not, for example, because the otherwise very fast Internet connection (60-70Mbit) suddenly was no longer available (5Mbit). But for the TV we were actually not there. The environment is rather quiet- almost sleazy rural. Anyone looking for pubs, shopping centers and outdoor swimming pool is wrong here. We were a men's group of 8 men and wanted to have fun together and would be more than rewarded with this house. We would love to come back.
