The fabulous 4 bedroom apartment is located in the picturesque town of Schwalenberg and suitable for small families and groups of friends, can accommodate 8 persons. The holiday home has a infrared sauna and beautiful garden furniture, where you can rest and enjoy.
The region is ideal for nature fans - go hiking or cycling right from your accommodation. The restaurants are 30 m, supermarkets are 200 m, public transport are 300 m and motorway is 30 km away from the house.
The house offers a separate entrance, a cosy hall, a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living room and dining area, furnished bedrooms and modern bathroom. You can enjoy some exceptional relaxation in your own wellness area. Just as on the first floor.

The house was good not super clean but ok. What doesn't work is that the landlord just comes in with his key without ringing the bell. Privacy is disturbed

A perfect stay in this house ,we enjoy the village and country side .BTW try the Italian and Greek they has supurb meals ( and beer)

Beautiful house, courteous landlord, pleasant stay. Great location at the top of the mountain. About 100 steps down to the old town. We were with two couples and a single person, everyone loved it.

We spent a weekend with the whole family in Schwallenberg. The house has ample space for all of us with its 4 bedrooms. We were received very friendly and everything was shown to us. The amenities of the house (sauna, infrared sauna, massage table) we really enjoyed. The only criticism is the parking situation. Since the house is located in a play street, you may only park in marked parking lots. Behind the house is one that belongs to the house. With 8 people we needed 2 parking spaces. The steward advised us to put the second car right behind the other. The public order office was happy and even on the day of arrival in the late evening a tapping on car gepappt. When we were traveling the next day with the cars, even the house parking was occupied afterwards. This happens more often, as this car park is not marked as private. All in all, we had a very nice, relaxing weekend! We can only recommend the house for large groups!

A great place to stay. We have spent our annual family reunion with our children and children in law. That means we were there for seven. Really a lot of space for everyone and everything in the house available what you need. Several restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a small shop for the fresh breakfast rolls are also available. Definitely recommendable.

House and surroundings very well. All available what you (and woman) as needed in the house. Nice welcome by the good fairy of the house. There was even (incredibly) four Haustürschlüssel for four Teilnehmer.Vom balcony you can look beautiful in the area (between homes passed). The beer garden (Ösi) behind the house is not recommended. But the Greeks are (In Kosta - since April 2016, the new owner) in so Hospitable and the food is there for such a small place TOP. Even the paint box has delicious food at bieten.Der place itself is very nice and worth the walk. The Night Watchman tour is a good Tipp.Waren already the second time (after Pentecost 2015) in the house and would definitely come back.

We found the house very easily, there was a note attached to the door with a number to ring in order to get the key. The housekeeper was very friendly but had very little English so do bring a phrasebook. She was lovely and showed us around. The house is large with two balconies, three saunas and four bedrooms. Theres even two kitchens! Everywhere was spotless, and there were cleaning products to use. The village is absolutely beautiful, original half timbered houses, most of them are painted in exquisite designs. There is a small supermarket across the road where you can get basics. I'd recommend a visit to Bad Pyrmont and Ludge. The whole area is rolling hills, and very pretty. We found very little English spoken, even in the Tourist Office, I don't think many English people holiday here. I could quite happily spent much longer here, we all loved it so much.

We were two families consisting of 4 adults and 3 children's house is very spacious and fully voorzien.In the environment is much to do and see for all ages, and in the village (you) you'll be nothing short small supermarket and several food gelegenheden.Om short as this house is highly recommended !!!

The tranquil setting was surprisingly versatile. The cottage offered us every comfort that you needed in our party (including a baby). The welcome by the hostess was very cordial. We have all great fun!

We enjoyed this great holiday. Lots of amenities. Lovely balcony to sit on "night. Close to a great restaurant. Setting is wonderful for walking or cycling. Tip bikes ebike along the Weser.

Very friendly nice reception from the manager. Detailed tour of the many rooms with instruction in the saunas, solarium, massage table. Nothing is missing in this accommodation that you need for everyday use. If you want you can even book the towels and bed linen. We had a wonderful long weekend here. If you like, you can go for a walk on your own and explore the area or you can book the night watchman, accompany him and listen to his stories. For us it was a relaxing, cozy weekend.

Comfortable surroundings, right in the small town where you can eat well and get something to drink. The house is a discovery. Behind every corner there lurks a new thing. The spa is super nice and the kids enjoyed it, and so do we. Really cook for 7 people was slightly more difficult since it is a relatively small fire, but during a holiday is easy to solve.
