This new holiday home for up to 10 people is on the edge of the spa town of Wietzendorf, consisting of two semi-detached houses on a beautiful plot near the forest, with a view of the meadows. The house is fully and comfortably furnished and has six bedrooms, two kitchens and a private terrace with garden furniture. The immediate vicinity offers plenty to do for young and old. For a holiday with children, the Heidepark Soltau and the Südseecamp with tropical swimming paradise are particularly recommended. But everyone who is looking for peace and nature is also in the right place here - Germany's largest connected cycling network is right on your doorstep.

Great house in beautiful rural surroundings !!! The perfect starting point for excursions to Heidepark Soltau, Serengeti Park, Lüneburg Heath and the Pietzmoor.

The cleanliness of the apartment, the cooking utensils and especially the shower heads (general came out of the shower heads) left a lot to be desired

Easy to find, quiet area. Location is semi-detached. So if you book for a large group you have two normal houses right next to each other.

The house is really great and nothing is missing. The facility is functional and modern, everything is there that you need. The house was super clean. The terrace invites you to linger. We were here with our kids for the second time and would love to come back again and again.

Unfortunately, the two halves of the house are neglected. Maintenance takes place rather in patchwork technology. The heating system in one house failed, which was only communicated to us on arrival. It was helped with two radiators, which was reasonably possible at plus temperatures, but was rather poor when frost started. The exterior lighting on both houses is broken, the panes in the room doors are held in place by adhesive strips, the front doors and patio doors only stay closed if you lock them. It's a bit stupid when you travel with a large group and rent both houses, which are on the edge of an emerging small settlement in which a few new small homes are just being built. The terraces go out to the rear with a view over an open field. Pretty nice, actually. It's a shame that it is neglected here.
