This modern and brightly furnished holiday home (semi-detached house) is located on the edge of the spa town of Wietzendorf on a beautiful property near the forest with a view of the meadows. The newly renovated (March 2020) house is completely and comfortably furnished and has three bedrooms, a kitchen and a private terrace with garden furniture. The immediate vicinity offers plenty to do for young and old. For a holiday with children, the Heidepark Soltau and the Südseecamp with tropical swimming paradise are particularly recommended. But everyone who is looking for peace and nature is also in the right place here - Germany's largest connected cycling network is right on your doorstep.

Nice house. Good clean. Beautiful omgeving.Alleen the barn (for the stables vd bike) was bad. Dirty. The roof was leaking. The barn was very easy to open.

House is not a holiday but a new neighborhood where a few holiday homes have been built. Ten minutes walk to village / restaurants.

We had booked a stay from Sunday to Thursday. We decided to extend a day on Monday. Unfortunately, this proved impossible. Neither the chat nor the hotline (after an hour on hold and several attempts) could help you. We wrote to all the email addresses of Belvilla and Fewo Direkt, no response. Then one day before departure (we were in Serengeti Park the whole day on the way) an email from Belvilla that they would have to ask the house owner about this and an extension of one day would cost 161 €. Luckily we found another place to stay. According to the lady who handles the key handover, the house was not booked yet. Apparently there is no need for the holiday home to be fully occupied. Otherwise, we have to say that there are much larger, better maintained, more modern and more comfortable holiday homes in this price range You don't understand why unsightly shower components (replaceable) are not renewed or things like extremely calcified kettles cannot even be bought new.
