We have rarely experienced such good support as from the Rother family. They are always approachable and helpful when something is missing in the equipment. During a longer stay, one has to fend for oneself, as there is no possibility to visit a normal restaurant in Neuhausen. The Rother family provided their own kitchen utensils. Overall, we felt very comfortable. (A new toilet bowl needs to be procured. The old one has cracks and water is leaking out.) Here the landlord is responsible. And for the lighting on the extractor hood, he should also call an electrician. Who likes to cook in the dark? )

Very friendly and hospitable reception. Nice large apartment on the ground floor of a larger complex where "ordinary Germans" also live, which you will not notice. You have access to a private parking space, but there is also enough space in front of the building itself.

Several hiking trails start nearby, a few hundred meters. The area is very beautiful and you sometimes imagine yourself in a fairytale world because of the many workshops in which wooden toys and other wood carvings are made.

In summary, excellent value for money, certainly.

Unfortunately, after a few days, a number of other small things also stand out. Faucets that you really have to open and close with a lot of force to prevent maddening dripping, one extractor hood that reminds you of an airplane taking off and the lack of water cold and cleaning products such as a vacuum cleaner.

the arrival was good the lady was friendly and song show us the whole apartment the first impression was good but later it turned out that it was not so clean. they did not come under the couch in the room and in the bedroom under the bed well there it was not so clean. let's not talk about the windows that had been patched on the outside for at least 2 months it was rather frosted glass so filthy and then the niche was full of spider webs. we had to beg for an outdoor chair that we only got on Tuesday .so we didn't like it that much. Furthermore, it was okay we slept well there and the shower and toilet was clean. We also had a good time. The environment there is beautiful despite the fact that it was corona we still had a good holiday with be careful here and there. still able to walk well and cycling hump up and down, but then mount bikes not with a Dutch bicycle there.

Beautiful holiday in Rauschenbach at the dam, many trails in the area a u.a a Kneipp facility. In the nearby town Neuhausen there is a nice pool and all supply options.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Beautiful weather and yet always a little breeze! A nice cool house with nice walk-in shower and a full kitchen and comfortable chairs and a good bed!
