Description
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. A staircase integrated in the living room leads to the 2 enclosed bedrooms located on the upper floor. 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed and space for a child's extra bed. In the 2nd bedroom there is a small double bed and an additional single bed (extra camp bed available). In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, a sitting area and a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dining table for at least 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A tiled and roofed terrace of approx. 10 m² at the house and a wooden seating group on the lawn as well as normal garden furniture, which can be freely placed on the spacious property, invite you to relax. The more than 600 m² large natural plot with can be used for sports, leisure and barbecue

Our holiday home is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows and forests. It is only a 10-minute walk from the valley to the centre of the village, where there are restaurants as well as a supermarket with a bakery and a butcher

Activities
In the snow-free seasons, there are hikes in all directions. You will find brochures and hiking destinations in the house. For children there is a heated outdoor swimming pool, the summer toboggan run, the toy museum and the "Flugzeugkaffee" at the dam. The exhibition mines are not only a special attraction for adults
In the winter season, right on time for the 1st Advent, the neighbouring Christmas village begins

Super beautiful
Cosy, clean and spacious house with everything you need. The garden and the location are beautiful. Also highly recommended for dog owners, the private garden is completely fenced.

Tranquillity in beautiful nature
This is a very nice, lovingly furnished, cosy holiday home. Everything you could need is there, in the kitchen as in every place. The many useful details have certainly been thought about by someone who sometimes uses the house themselves. Large windows let in lots of light and give a view of the beautiful meadows and woods on the edge of the village. In warmer seasons, one would have the choice of several balconies, terraces, outdoor seating in the grounds, all generously furnished. Now, in October, we enjoy the large wood-burning stove. Another nice touch: a bottle of wine was waiting to welcome us. Directly from the house there are worthwhile hiking destinations in every direction, but also shopping and cultural facilities are within walking distance. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature, this is the place for you.
