Spacious apartment and large amount of household appliances. A very large garden with lots of sun and play possibilities. A beautiful environment with a lot of fun and worthwhile activities. Eating and drinking in the area is fine.

The apartment is unfortunately seen, that the owner runs a business for household resolutions and junk. Everything, which is not for sale, is put into the apartment - not matching furniture, most wobbly / broken / old. One of the double beds is not usable for two adults (only one of our children endured!). The huge closet in the one room is completely senseless - only a hanging rod (who brings so many coats with on vacation?), Otherwise no storage or cabinets in the room with three beds! The bathroom door can not be closed, unless you pull something on the latch. Then it falls apart unfortunately. Everything is quite dingy and unloved. No (!) Ceiling lamp worked completely, at least at least one light bulb was defective. And the pictures on the Internet convey the impression that the terrace is part of it - is not true. This is only at the other end of the house. The apartment itself is on the front directly to the street. From 4 o'clock the trucks run long. With the old windows one hears the quite loud. We are very disappointed, for the price absolutely unreasonable!

The cottage is spacious and is a convenient place for all kinds of activities. There is plenty to see and experience in the area to spend two weeks. It is a very beautiful area. The cottage is at a fairly busy intersection. Especially early in the morning there is a lot of traffic. The owners / owners have not been seen. The honors were perceived by the cleaning lady. It was a nice break over Easter. Allrode is nicely landscaped and ideal for excursions located (Brocken, Hexentanzplatz, Rosstrappe). Apartment looked on the Internet better than in reality. Was unfortunately quite dirty (kitchen, bathroom), so that we do and wash clean first had to feel comfortable. Some should be renewed once (for example, ancient dirty pots) !! By booking with Belvilla we were completely satisfied and will definitely book again about Belvilla.

Allrode is a small village in beautiful surroundings. Especially for hikers and people who want to do some culture in the larger towns. The apartment is spacious and meets all the basic requirements.

The location of the apartment is good. The rooms of the apartment have potential if the owner would take care of it. The distribution is in order and five people have good space. Unfortunately, the device is quite creepy and uncomfortable. The existing technical equipment have been still very dirty and very cheap especially. The entire apartment was unfortunately really quite dirty, so that even the low appearing € 30 are greatly exaggerated for the final cleaning. Only the sheets were washed. It seems the landlord is not to be important that the tenant feels comfortable. In total the apartment is even though it is relatively cheap, not recommended.

We stayed here for the second time in Allrode or in this apartment. Price / performance ratio we found ok. Cleanliness could be better. The one or other household appliance might be times exchanged (fridge), also cutlery we found for 5 persons too little. Absolutely positive is to say, we were very warmly welcomed and our children could romp in the adjacent garden. Allrode an ideal starting point for excursions in the Harz Mountains.

With very nice weather, we took a week's holiday in Allrode. The house is located on a very busy street. But what for us was not really a problem as the garden is completed behind the house. Unfortunately you can not use the balcony. The house itself is as I said very large and functional. The cleanliness left to make points something to be desired. The house would have to be replaced and also repaired at one point or another something. The coffee maker has seen better days. All in all, for us it was a lovely holiday and the price-performance ratio for the house is also fully in order. By booking with Belvilla we were very pleased. The house was spacious enough for the four of us. It all looked neat. The inventory was very compleet.Voor a family with young children, it is not convenient to sit up, but for our family (children 11 and 13 years) this was absolutely no problem. In Allrode are you pretty central in Harz.Het our Huge disappointment and we love this house definitely in mind for next time.

Our holiday was very nice, the weather was brilliant and we were able to make many trips. Our landlord was very nice, friendly, outgoing, and we were able to put questions at any time. Excursions in the Bodetal are possible on foot around Allrode / Thale, large bench, echo meadow, hikes to Stiege, Treseburg, on the trail of the Harz hiking pin around the Bodetal.In Thale, Rosstrappe can be reached by chairlift and Hexentanzplatz by cable car, here the Harzbob, zoo and great views of the Bodetal. The fun island with rides is located at the valley stations. Around the Rappbodetalsperre the longest free-floating suspension bridge in Europe and the attractions of Harzadrenalin with megazipline, swing over the Bodetal and wall running at the Wendefurttalsperre. Many other nature experiences are possible here, when it rains there are also museums related to charcoal burning and smelting, but also the Bodetal thermal baths with warm water, an outdoor pool and a view of the sunset over Rosstrappe and Hexentanzplatz ...
