Had a great time in this chalet, It was spacious enough for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, The balcony was a nice extra for morning coffee with a view!

Overall a solid choice for our family vacation, the kids enjoyed the garden area, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy, the ski bus stop was conveniently nearby, making it easy to reach the slopes, a good mix of comfort and practicality, but we wished for a few more dining options nearby.

We had a fantastic stay in this chalet in Fiesch-Wiler! The views from the balcony were simply breathtaking, especially in the morning light. The place had a cozy, rustic charm that made us feel at home. It was perfect for our family of five, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The open kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The nearby ski lift was a bonus, just a short drive away. We also enjoyed exploring the local restaurants, especially Café Bäckerei Imwinkelried for breakfast. Highly recommended for a relaxing outing!

The house is beautiful and equipped with all facilities. It is located on a quiet cul de sac. Several hiking trails start there. You can even snowshoe or ski tour to Fiescheralp! The center of the village can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The arrival and translation of the house was easy and effortless (contactless). The owners are very friendly and easily accessible if there are any questions and they are pet friendly too. Finally, it is a cozy chalet in an incredibly beautiful setting.

And we found it very nice that there was a garage at, we use the car en very little on holiday. Near the cottage hikes were already marked. The station and the shops were within walking distance. It was the second time we stayed in the chalet for a week. With a hiking pass Aletsch Arena we have made beautiful winter walks from Mörel, Betten and Fiesch by using the MGBahn and cable cars.

We had a wonderful holiday. The chalet Rivendell is located on a very quiet street (dead end) you could sit delicately on the balcony reading and enjoying the view. Although all the passes were not yet open the first week of our holiday we have yet been every day step. The cable car in Fiesch and Blatten is a must, once you reach the top, you can make beautiful walks.

It was the third time we stayed in chalet Rivendell in Fiesch. Upon arrival, 2 magazines (about Goms and hiking in Switzerland) were ready on the coffee table, which we really appreciated. We also noticed that many pieces of furniture had been renewed in the chalet. As usual, we had a top hiking holiday in the Aletsch region. In those 2 weeks we also visited many villages in Obergoms for the first time and always with MGB train or Postauto from the new ÖV Hub. Recommended!

The inside fully met our expectations.
