This modern apartment is located at the foot of the Flemish Ardennes, in the beautiful town of Zottegem. The apartment is located on the first floor and has an industrial design. Ideal for families.
Zottegem is ""the Gateway to the Flemish Ardennes"" and offers both nature lovers and active recreationists a range of possibilities. Zottegem is a vibrant town with a cozy center where there is always something to do. Pay a visit to the archaeological museum there or visit nearby Oudenaarde, Kluisbergen and the Burgundian Ghent. The surroundings are perfect for wonderful walking and cycling trips (bicycle storage available upon request).
The spacious living / dining room seats 14 people and the sleek white kitchen invites you to cook together or have breakfast. In the annex you can relax in the bubble bath or play a game of table tennis and afterwards enjoy a drink at the bar. The bathrooms are modern and there are playgrounds for the children.
Please keep the silence and peace after 22:00 and be considerate of the surroundings during the day. Parties are not allowed here.

Arrival and reception were very friendly, the accommodation was new, spacious but confusing in the layout of kitchen, living, sitting area and bedrooms.

Beautiful environment. Accommodation fine starting point. The layout of the accommodation was for our party, 12 adults, less practical and also less suitable for disabled.

The apartment is very neat, but we found it very expensive. Especially because we initially had to leave the house at 8 am. By paying € 350 extra, we could still stay all day. We also missed a view as the house is located between other houses. There was hardly any privacy outside because it terrace had to be shared with tenants of other apartments on the domain.

We were very well received and throughout our stay we could always count on the owner. Everything we needed was present in the cottage and also a large parking lot. It is a very nice neighborhood to explore.

It was a very successful weekend. Nice house with fourteen people. Two different group rooms are nice. The beds are okay. Kitchen complete. Friendly and business contact with the owner. We spent the weekend cycling in the Flemish hills. If you want to make more use of the jacuzzi, you must pay. We have not made use of this. Can recommend this accommodation.

Geert was kind enough to let us in earlier than the agreed time. Unfortunately, on arrival we were only allowed to unload on the site with one car. After unloading, the car must leave the domain and may only drive back into the premises at the departure. That is not as easy as one is with 12 and does not arrive or leave together. For the groceries during the stay we had to load everything at the gate on a worn plateau trolley. The outdoor facilities such as the jacuzzi, bicycle garage, bbq, garden table and chairs are fine. The kitchen is well equipped we have 12 people can cook without problems. The tableware was recycling the thriftwinkel.Op the living room there was nothing to complain about through a large sliding window one can go to the garden table.The bedrooms are small and have no cupboards or shelves valies on the floor like in a tent! Three rooms have no doors and one has to go through to go to the next rooms. The room with one bed is an alcove that also serves as a technical room.

Nice and quiet accommodation. Basic in facilities, but everything you need for a few days in the Flanders region. Easy enough to walk to Zottegem town and a 20km roll to Oudenaarde for the start of the Sportive. Geert was really helpful in providing telephone numbers for local taxis and giving us directions. There's a supermarket a few hundred metres down the road which is convenient. We had some issues with water not draining from sinks/showers but Geert was helpful in trying to rectify. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay near the action of the race, but not in the thick of Oudenaarde. Thanks for having us
