We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, it was well located near the beach and had a nice garden. Upon our arrival, everything was clean and tidy. A small downside was the simple furniture, but that did not diminish the overall comfort.

Very nice accommodation! Each bedroom had its own bathroom with sink and shower! Was pure luxury! Two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs! Splendid! An enclosed garden is also wonderful. This way the dog Olaf could go outside alone and we didn't have to worry about him running away. Only we missed a little grass in our garden. Other houses had this. It is excellently located! Close to the sea and shops nearby!

House was ok BUT cleanliness below all levels, ground still dirty and therefore not cleaned with water, dust and cobwebs everywhere, toilet dirty, rancid extractor hood ... in short we have been allowed to clean while people pay more than enough for it to be clean to be. i demand my cleaning money back but apparently it takes forever when they have to answer a complaint ... disappointing and beating money on cleaning

Beautiful recent house, all comfort, close to the dunes and beach. There is also a Nespresso machine, which was not mentioned when booking. A satisfying holiday behind us. Minuses: cleanliness of the floor on arrival could be much better. Outside the fence was not complete so we had to improvise ourselves so that our dog would not run away. Parking policy could be better with indicating parking space per home and limiting speed. Some drove far too fast on the domain.

Sachlich-cool reception, rudimentary professional. Accommodation (for this price) way too expensive, not dirty, but not really clean. Environment clean, but not special. The town of Bredene cute, but after 2 days also boring. The weather was great for 5 days, from the sun we had gotten a lot. The sea was very unpleasant, but warm, you could swim. Again we would not want to do this vacation, we would not recommend it.

At first we had a holiday home right at the barrier to the park. After we could move after one night, we had more privacy. We had booked online and received all the necessary information for our stay online. Just a pity that we had not received the number of our house with the info. The telephone number on which we were allowed to call in case of problems was also incorrect. After a search, we found the reception because it is not located in the holiday park itself. Eventually we were well received in the reception and they helped us to find our house. Upon arrival at the cottage there was a welcome package ready. The accommodation and surroundings were excellent!

The arrival at the reception was fine. The accommodation itself was fine too. According to the description of the house should be in every bedroom a TV. But it was only in one bedroom a TV. The dishes were designed for 6 people, so we (4 persons) had to use the dishwasher again and again after every meal. In addition, there should be a description of the setting of the room thermostat in the house, because in the morning the heating was always cold because the lowering temperature was not set correctly. The environment was very nice, you could walk the whole beach.

The only sad thing is that after a beach visit you always have to go upstairs with the kids to find a bathroom. Making everything full of sand. The houses for 4 people only have a terrace, no grass pitch. The houses of 6pers also have some grass for the children. You have Netflix on the TV, handy for the kids. - The environment the communal playground with the campsite is tired and therefore sometimes dangerous. You may well have a holiday home centrally located in the park. The cottages on the outside of the holiday park look right on the surrounding campsites. The beach is best to take a few more steps. And a trip through the dunes, no matter how beautiful, you do not get done with a wagon through that hilly dune sand. Bredene does not have a "shopping walkway". The shop / horeca is rather limited, but this is everyone's wish, of course. Tram is a kilometertjes walk, but is by stairs and therefore not accessible with wheelchair or buggy.

The cottage is located on a quiet domain. Beautiful well-kept homes with all the trimmings. the two bathrooms are very useful for getting everyone sand free after a day at the beach. and the washing machine is very handy with small kids.

Huge plus that you can park the car at the cottage. It is a very detached house with walking distance to the sea .. We have a family with two small children, so the washing machine with dryer was also a welcome surprise. A downside is that there are few playgrounds for the kids.

Very nice holiday home, ideal for 4 people thanks to two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Despite the location in a large holiday home park, you have enough privacy. The small fenced garden is ideal for dog owners and the parking space is directly on the property. The house is functional and modernly furnished. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay and the proximity to the beach is ideal. We would definitely vacation here again.

We stay again in a luxury 4 type. Unfortunately no small seat available this time. As of today, 2 grandkids join our company. (Reported to the Roompot desk). So the 4 of us have to watch TV in the evening on the uncomfortable sofa. A floor lamp was also missing, no mood lighting… not so cozy actually. The washing machine also did not work as it should. Otherwise a pleasant place to stay. We'll be back for sure.
