In this fantastic, luxurious, detached villa in Middelkerke, you find yourself in real luxury. This 5-bedroom villa has an infrared sauna and the outdoor bubble bath are a real delight when travelling in a group of 20 people.
The sea is only 500 meters away, where you can take a nice stroll across the beach of Middelkerke. With the coastal tram, you can easily visit all these coastal towns for a nice day of shopping, or strolling across the boulevards. The city of Bruges is also good to visit, reachable within a forty-minute drive.
You can find everything you could possibly need in the child-friendly villa. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the fenced garden with a terrace, which is furnished with lounge sofas. When the weather is bad, you can engage in a game of table football. Parking and garage are provided for the safety of your vehicles. For the comfort of any kids travelling, a high chair and a children's bed are offered. A fireplace is also in place to keep you cosy.

Great house with lots luxe.Enige downside is that there is nothing happening at the 1st week of the summer in Middelkerke. Almost all restaurants and cafe 's are closed on the boulevard.

Great house with many and fun possibilities. very spacious. Some things are in need of a refresh, such as the upstairs bathroom and the shower in the other upstairs bedroom. The rear bedroom is very spacious, but there is sometimes a sharp smell, coming from the garage or something: not so nice to to sleep there..

Great house for a family weekend with a very nicely decorated garden with jacuzzi, which is especially fun for the children. Cozy veranda with sauna and bar to chill out in. Located in a quiet area within walking distance of the beach (10-15 min). Highly recommended, had a great weekend!

The accommodation was in tip-top order. Much more spacious than I thought. Usually photos are more beautiful than reality. Here it was the other way around. The only downside I can give is that 1 toilet upstairs was on the low side. just out, cafes were just closing, the seriousness was beginning to show, but we made the most of it, and the house was ideal for it.

First of all I would like to mention a few defects that we already reported 2 years ago (door handles - not so clean IN the kitchen cabinets - dishwasher rubber loose). Furthermore, I have problems with the fact that Immo Costa closes 3 days a week is (Wednesday Friday and Sunday) and this even in high season. They can be reached by phone and then we get the message that the lady is only there to give the key or to receive it back. I would like to say to the owners: "Come and stay for a week every two years and then you can prevent a lot of trouble. "

What a beautiful house! We were immediately in holiday mood. The house has not stolen its name "Villa Miami". A very sunny house with lots of space! When the sun is out of the party you do not have to go to the beach. ARD, ZDF, RTL, VOX tram stop about 8 minutes away (wheelchair accessible) - some recreational activities in the house (table tennis, table football, children's toys, card games, board games, great bikes) To the negative The accommodation was on arrival in no good condition many damages us directly in the eye (broken door handle, broken toilet paper dispenser, broken guard before the emergency staircase, loose and wobbly steps, broken windows, which could not be opened, etc.), other problems were then in the course of the week only from Toilets clogged, so that the water could not drain properly. Unfortunately, the skilled artisan was able to repair only one toilet. On the last day there was only ice cold water on the ground floor, so that showering was out of the question. Less points: No reception. Pick up the key at Immo (preferably not fifteen minutes early). No tour of the house, ... You will receive a document to report defects (to be returned within 24 hours after arrival), but no further explanation. Everything can be read in a folder that is waiting for you. The house needs a makeover. Spots that are loose in the ceiling, sound on doors that are loose, the upstairs shower looks like a DIY project (and the water was very difficult to drain, the grille turned out to be full of hair), torn loungers on the terrace, sand (and a greasy layer on the edge) in the jacuzzi on arrival, ping pong table was killed by previous visits and long against the side of the house ... a lot of details that could be a lot better.

Bad house quality: Defective boiler and no technician to come and help us. Poor quality sauna. Cold and air running in the rooms (despite all the windows and doors closed), only two functional jets in the jaccuzi, handles to dry broken towels, ditto for the doors. Very nice accommodation & relaxation options. It is a pity that the veranda is difficult to heat. Price/quality is ok. Ideal environment. Ample parking. It is a pity that there is no inventory, so that you can more easily check everything that is there.

We have had a wonderful weekend with our group! This house in Middelkerke is perfect for groups of up to 12 people. The jacuzzi and the large common areas are a clear added value.

House itself is fine, but begins here and there to show mankementjes. There are two rooms where the electricity does not work. Lovely well-equipped cottage. By working in the street the house is not currently accessible. It was not a luxury to wear boots to reach the property. The road was very muddy.

What a beautiful house! We were immediately in holiday mood. The house has not stolen its name "Villa Miami". A very sunny house with lots of space! When the sun is out of the party you do not have to go to the beach. You will find a beach in the garden, comfortable comfortable seats, a jacuzzi, a large terrace where you can easily have breakfast in the sun with your entire party or enjoy a delicious BBQ in the evening, a very spacious kitchen with lots of material. walking distance from the dike of Middelkerke.Wij bikes and quistax available.He really the max! In the spacious, cozy living and dining room you can "evening with z" n all cozy chat or you pull into the cozy space in the garden which is equipped as a bar with sauna that provides even more relaxation in the evening !!! The spacious bedrooms upstairs ensure a wonderful night's sleep. Our party has fully enjoyed it and we will definitely come back again !!!

Beautiful, neat house with all comfort. Quiet location, within walking distance of the zee.Kamerdeling is not ideal for groups of friends with couples (must share room), 2 showers on the upper floor is what little for 20 people.

Positive - easy Schlüsselübergabe- very friendly and helpful telephone service from Belvilla- large villa with lots of space- great jacuzzi with light effects and different shower settings- very nice conservatory with TV (not digital) - great, nicely decorated living room with large digital TV (four German channels). ARD, ZDF, RTL, VOX tram stop about 8 minutes away (wheelchair accessible) - some recreational activities in the house (table tennis, table football, children's toys, card games, board games, great bikes) To the negative The accommodation was on arrival in no good condition many damages us directly in the eye (broken door handle, broken toilet paper dispenser, broken guard before the emergency staircase, loose and wobbly steps, broken windows, which could not be opened, etc.), other problems were then in the course of the week only from Toilets clogged, so that the water could not drain properly. Unfortunately, the skilled artisan was able to repair only one toilet. On the last day there was only ice cold water on the ground floor, so that showering was out of the question. The environment was in December 2017 a single construction site.
