The holiday home is located about 20 minutes by car from Bruges in a quiet village. We really liked the quiet. We have made various trips that are super easy to reach by car: Ghent, Ostend, Zeeland, France, Bruges anyway. But it's also nice to just enjoy the garden and the pool. Shops and restaurants can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The holiday home has enough space for 8 people, especially the living area with the large tables in the kitchen and living room were sufficient for us to eat or play comfortably. The garden and the pool were particularly great, in which we splashed around even when the weather wasn't so good because it is heated (29-30 degrees). We used the outdoor grill and also enjoyed the evening by the outdoor fireplace. The bikes are ok so we could make a little trip. What is important for further trips, but is not mentioned in the description of the villa, is that one room is a connecting room. That was a bit uncomfortable for us because we drove with several couples. We had some problems with the room doors, e.g. in the bathroom, in the toilet and in the large overnight room, and with the windows that we could only tilt. It is also advisable to bring mosquito spray. When the wind died down, we really had a lot of mosquitoes in all the rooms.

We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

We are very well received by Koen the owner of the house! He had coffee and cookies! The pool was blissful! We enjoyed our holiday. Cycling to Ostend was great along the Groene 62. Definitely recommended!

The arrival was very nice and friendly. We were greeted by Koen with coffee and biscuits and have received the house in great detail. The environment is rural quiet and the right thing for those seeking relaxation. You have a lot of privacy and really do not notice anything about an existing neighborhood. The house is very large and the kitchen is with the coziest rum in the whole house and very nice and lovingly designed. Facilities were a lot of what the travel description was not included (many bicycles, children's bikes, cot, high chair, pool toys). Small improvement request two Pots more in the kitchen would not hurt. A very nice house, but in some places again something would have to be done (doors sometimes not closing properly, bed worn)

After arriving we were hartelijkk received by the owner. The house immediately impressed by its space and beautiful garden with pool. The pool was really lovely with a temperature of 30 degrees. In addition, an outdoor kitchen with loungers and all comfort..Het kitchen is fully equipped incl. Impressive stove and everything you can think of. Living room was tidy with a corner sofa and flatscreen.Fietsen including Tandem were ready for use if the location is quite remote. The only negative was the lack of internet (wifi)) and the very limited supply TV zenders.Bent you looking for a nice quiet house with lots of comfortable seating then it is definitely recommended. Especially the service and commitment of the owner is excellent which is doing everything to make your stay. Enjoyable

We have two weeks of use of Villa de Luxe. Together with our two daughters (5 and 7 years) we enjoyed the space in the house and in the garden, a lovely swimming pool and certainly the attached canopy with fireplace and heater. Koen The owner is very friendly and helpful and stands before feedback with the aim to make the guests. Defined That is what we are concerned, certainly worked. The small tips (plastic service for children especially for the garden and offering Wifi) were taken to heart and will, we also expected soon realized .... an environment, owner and house where we all probability certainly consider will return.

The electric patio heater was something new and use much simpler than the terrace gas heating. Fantastic! The mattresses were all good and we slept wonderfully. The pool and BBQ are also used frequently. Our holiday was again top notch, and if Brown can draw we will definitely return again)

Over the past four years, we had booked a holiday in France. Although we were a bit hesitant to book now to a location closer to home (the weather is the same there as at home), it was a wonderful holiday! The house itself is spacious and clean, but we really just used our stuff in on saving, sleep, shower and rest koken.Voor we sat outside at one of the many terraces or at the pool. Especially the covered terrace with fireplace and patio heater was with us very geliefd.Winkels and pharmacy were close and there are trips made between Bruges and Ostend Ghent feesten.Al in all a very enjoyable holiday and decided susceptibility to repetition)

We were with 2 children aged 12 yrs 1 week in this house. The house and garden are very spacious and comfortable and has many extra "s. Swimming pool with flow really enjoy! The garden has several terraces, garden chairs, 2 loungers, a beautiful green views and maximum privacy! The covered terrace has even screen for a projector (beamer bring your own)! The house is wonderful for tranquility, for entertainment you should really get out, but there is enough choice depends on what the needs are. The administrator has therefore also a list and flyers in house lie. Restaurant Kode Mavu is an absolute must for breakfast, lunch, (extended) coffee and high tea!

Gone a week in July, unfortunately the weather was against. Had a whole week of rain. Yet swam, we have paid for it but water was cold. T had warmer liked. Fortunately we had the jacuzzi still in the bathroom. Also lovely to sit under the awning outside. There are bikes that you can use, always fun to do. Throughout all very easily accessible nearby. Handsome interior, "morning do suffer from street noise. And everywhere many snails.

A warm welcome by the very charming owners of the villa! The house is a dream for people looking for recreation. The closeness to nature is perfect. The pool is also with not very warm weather (due to the Beheizug), wonderful to use. Ever the pool is the highlight !!!! Small defects were rectified by Besitzter immediately. The environment of the villa is very tranquil. However, those arriving by car, has the opportunity to visit many wuderschöne sites. All in all a successful fantastic holiday. Gladly again !!!!! The only negative point was the cleaning of the house (a lot of dust and thick spiders).

We enjoyed the two wonderful weeks at Aartrijke. A homeowner who has all the time on arrival and if there is anything during the stay will arrange it very quickly. The pool is delicious at a temperature of 30 degrees. Also the terrace is lovely to sit with a heated under the hood. In the village itself, there is little to experience, but there is enough.

The house is beautiful with large garden and heated pool continuous and well maintained. The house boss has received us nicely and arranges it well. Nice to be able to enjoy a full week outside by the fireplace with heater. Except for a few very small things, the house is complete and for each other. As in the photos are shown a must in our eyes.It was a great week and the cities and plopsaland are nearby.Park have 2 supermarkets and is close

We were kindly received by Koen with coffee / cake. Koen shows the house and explains everything well, very friendly man. The pool is nice and warm and the garden is beautiful. We found the house a bit less. It was not that clean, everywhere you looked there was cobweb, behind the beds there were still dead flies. The furniture is old and saggy, the mattress does not fit in the bed either. The highchair was already ready for our daughter (which is really super nice !!) but this one is really old and dirty, first given a hefty sop. The terrace is a nice place to sit but personally I would ensure on arrival that it is nicely swept and not all junk / leaves / spiders etc are left. Then it is up to the people themselves to keep track of it during their stay. We were also two mornings without water, very annoying and gives a lot of inconvenience. We are not compensated for this. The dishwasher had not done it either, so probably no water at night. There is a lot present (board games, for example) but some things like a drying rack for indoors are really missing. There was also only 1 wine glass and 1 gas burner did not do well. The inside of the house really needs to be refurbished. In terms of environment we found Blankenberge very nice. Everything is good to drive.

In 2014 we had already been here. Normally we do not go to the same location and the same home on vacation but our daughters wanted to like it and also we had been very good time. Now in 2015 so again at this house in the hope that the weather would be so nice. And that was it! The weather gods were with us and the house and garden was enjoying. The equipment of the house, the beds made on our arrival, the jacuzzi, the heated swimming pool, the very pleasant garden as well as the kindness of the owner do everything to have a pleasant stay. Unfortunately for us, we had to shorten our stay by 4 days since my husband was out of his mind ...

It is difficult to give a fair rating as many points were "very good" and others were "very bad". The fact is, the owner would have to invest money and have some things renewed or repaired, especially cleaning the outside area when new guests arrive. We would first have to hose down and vacuum the furniture before we could or wanted to use the area in front of the house. The house was very clean except for the kitchen. The dishwasher stank so badly that I was unable to fill it up or even empty it after the wash. Unfortunately, the smell didn't go away even after a few days. The pots and pans were so dirty that you couldn't cook. The outdoor grill could not be used either because it urgently needed cleaning - we didn't see that as our job. The pool is the big plus point of the house, but we couldn't use the furniture directly to the left of the pool. The wicker furniture was too dirty, the couches torn. Only the chairs under the roof of the pool house could be used. The wood directly around the pool definitely needs to be renewed, as some of the slats are already bent and standing up. The house is equipped with shutters, which we consider a big plus, especially since it was over 30 degrees at the end. However, the windows upstairs, except for the window in the bathroom, don't really open. Only a minimal tilt position is possible. It gets really intense on warm nights. The couch is so worn out that investments should definitely be made here as well. Our conclusion - the great pool unfortunately doesn't outweigh the rest.
