Nice villa with spacious rooms, each with bathroom. Location is excellent for exploring the region. Dishwasher does not work so well, it helps if you throw the tablet to the specifications and not in the appropriate place. Environment is very beautiful and varied, ourselves every day for a walk which was different in the previous environment and all this within a radius of 12 km.

This house is very spacious and has everything you need. A spacious garden where you can relaxten. Delicious The living room is nice and big, where you may well be right with a big group. However, the property in feel cozy. All in all a good weekend. There are a few downsides - not all service is in good condition, crack in plates and mugs! - Broken door handles. - Shower well of the left rear bedroom is not well! Where had I even asked specifically that we went there and it was assured that everything was in good condition. - We have this house € 893, - paid, then you expect that you can sit in the garden, cozy during your stay during the Ascension weekend talking and laughing. Unfortunately we were both evenings round the clock in 2200 asked to be quiet. I found this very disappointing. If you kde house rented as landlord next to your house, you should take into account that they want to be there in the evening in the garden and with 10 men you can simply are not fluisyeren.

With our group of friends we stayed in this house in Warizy. Had a very nice weekend in a beautiful area around La Roche. This residence is very quiet, close to country roads for beautiful walks. Staying in the garden was also pleasant, spacious backyard! We look back very positively on our weekend in Warizy.

We made the most of our stay, and fortunately had good weather, which contributed to a pleasant holiday, despite the stiff reception, hassle at the departure, a "worn out" house with many minor defects, and badly cleaned up for the bargain. We don't recommend this, or in other words, we won't be going back there ourselves. We are also waiting for our deposit, which should have been paid back after 14 days.

We have the Easter weekend with family (6 adults +1 child) spent in this house. For quality that this home offers is the price on the hefty side. The kitchen is very cozy and big enough to eat and have breakfast. All The living room was very nicely decorated. The house had his smacking. So The DVD (movie for kids and adults) did not even comment on this post. The shower in one of the rooms leaked on the table below. Where several adult raided was the excessive cleaning of the property. A lovely, large garden, which was not quite finished which two bottles of wine were ready.

Come here with our family, 11 people, already 11 years. We are fond of this cozy warm house. We are happy to take care of the beauty mistakes. For example, a new and larger refrigerator with freezer compartments would be very welcome during the warmer days. Now there is a smaller one of which many compartments have already broken off. The pantry next to it could easily be swapped with the fridge to provide more space, especially on warmer days. The cottage is spacious, with many rooms and each with a separate shower. The kitchen has a built-in fryer, a stone grill, tongs and fire starter for the bbq, lots of plates and cutlery. 1 high chair was also provided. In short, it was well provided. Modern TV with many choice of programs and Netflix on. The sauna is wood-fired and you have to do that yourself well (we did 3 hours) in advance, but it worked very well. We spent many evenings in it. Judging by the dust webs, it had been a while since the house had been used. Because of this it didn't really have a clean impression. In addition, there were some inconveniences such as the lamp of the oven that is broken, the floor in the living room that comes up, holders for shower heads that have broken off, the large fire does not work properly in the inner part, ... all stupid little inconveniences that make you look at the house worse . The curtains are also a bit below par if you have to put children to sleep during the day. However, the garden was completely closed which was good for the kids, but the garden is as can be expected in the Ardenne with a staircase and a hill that has to go up every time. Had many scary moments, but the children had a lot of fun walking up and down. We had a fantastic time because of the good weather and the good environment.

We did pay for the sauna, but it was out of use upon arrival. This was not mentioned anywhere. There were a lot of vermin in the kitchen, there is no possibility to put food on the table. When this is done, there will be vermin on it within 10 minutes, if the kitchen drawers are pulled out too far, you can easily control them. Various door handles are not stuck and you have them under control. switches off by itself during the shower, when showering later in the evening it falls out and the light switch has to be found with great danger across the smooth floor in the dark. Finally, the sofa in the living room is in need of replacement, this we did not dare to use as the side railing is about to let go. When sitting on the sofa, it will break off.

The dishwasher we had to unload the previous tenants themselves. The garden unkempt, at 16h they were still grass to mow, when we were there, it was not very clean left behind by the apple tree that is lying there full of apples that were not removed so we could not get there the wespen.Gevaarlijk for animals and children. Also the sauna was dirty and full of cobwebs. Very attractive and spacious house! Almost all rooms have private sanitary facilities, there were plenty of seating options and the kitchen contained everything we needed. The area was also very quiet. Unfortunately we had some problems with flies inside. A few mattresses were also very bad: luckily this was no problem for us because we were only 5 people. So we could easily choose another bed. If there are 10 of you, then that is something to take into account. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Quality accommodation. Located in a small village in the hills. La Roche is a 10 minute drive. The house is very large, even with 10 people. Fine luxury kitchen. Lovely fireplace in a large dining room. And we have not even made use of that huge recreation loft with zitzakken.Houtgestookte sauna in a large garden, it is difficult to get really hot, but very lekker.Kan highly recommend it!!

We were a group of 8 people (3 couples and 2 singles) and we all had a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with crockery and cutlery and a dishwasher!! Also we used the sauna, it takes a while, but then you have some! There was a lot of snow that weekend and we have lovely walks in the surrounding area. La Roche is a nice town, but very quiet at that time. (8 to 10 January) The owner speaks only french and it was sometimes lastig.Verder highly recommended for families but also for groups of friends.

Lovely spacious house with kitchen. Is very nice to eat there all together. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of washing facilities. We found the house to be dirty duvets and pillows are really a wash far. The fabric sofas downstairs were dirty and in need of replacement. But all in all had a pleasant stay. There is plenty to do around mountain bike, canoe, climbing, chocolate museum.

Good location, garden not really attractive for children, house bit old-fashioned but cozy and very spacious. Reception ok. Wood available. Unfortunate downpour wasp (30 wasps in 4 days) in a room so we have not used this room for security reasons and 2 children with mattresses on the floor with the parents slept ... The closed attic room was checked for a wasp nest but otherwise there was nothing taken.

With our group of friends we stayed in this house in Warizy. Had a very nice weekend in a beautiful area around La Roche. This residence is very quiet, close to country roads for beautiful walks. Staying in the garden was also pleasant, spacious backyard! We look back very positively on our weekend in Warizy.

We made the most of our stay, and fortunately had good weather, which contributed to a pleasant holiday, despite the stiff reception, hassle at the departure, a "worn out" house with many minor defects, and badly cleaned up for the bargain. We don't recommend this, or in other words, we won't be going back there ourselves. We are also waiting for our deposit, which should have been paid back after 14 days.

We did pay for the sauna, but it was out of use upon arrival. This was not mentioned anywhere. There were a lot of vermin in the kitchen, there is no possibility to put food on the table. When this is done, there will be vermin on it within 10 minutes, if the kitchen drawers are pulled out too far, you can easily control them. Various door handles are not stuck and you have them under control. switches off by itself during the shower, when showering later in the evening it falls out and the light switch has to be found with great danger across the smooth floor in the dark. Finally, the sofa in the living room is in need of replacement, this we did not dare to use as the side railing is about to let go. When sitting on the sofa, it will break off.

We have ten of us (ages 11-53) had a wonderful holiday in the house. We have been in February. Lots of snow and good weather. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms are all equipped with washing facilities, and spacious. Even the DVD, TV, CD and do it well, though you could only receive one Netherlands. It is a beautiful hiking and mountain environment. We have no buzzing. In the kitchen there is plenty of cutlery, plates, pans etc. The sauna is recommended if it takes very long before he was really hot. Enough time in the holidays. Highly recommended.

Beautiful country house with enough amenities.The furniture can be replaced and the receipt of the neighbor with the key is simply slecht.Zij had to clean on arrival and was especially busy with her gezin.Verder a wonderfully large backyard and beautiful nature in the omgeving.Warisy itself is a place you will soon forget, because there's really nothing to enjoy as well. The cottage is spacious, with many rooms and each with a separate shower. The kitchen has a built-in fryer, a stone grill, tongs and fire starter for the bbq, lots of plates and cutlery. 1 high chair was also provided. In short, it was well provided. Modern TV with many choice of programs and Netflix on. The sauna is wood-fired and you have to do that yourself well (we did 3 hours) in advance, but it worked very well. We spent many evenings in it. Judging by the dust webs, it had been a while since the house had been used. Because of this it didn't really have a clean impression. In addition, there were some inconveniences such as the lamp of the oven that is broken, the floor in the living room that comes up, holders for shower heads that have broken off, the large fire does not work properly in the inner part, ... all stupid little inconveniences that make you look at the house worse . The curtains are also a bit below par if you have to put children to sleep during the day. However, the garden was completely closed which was good for the kids, but the garden is as can be expected in the Ardenne with a staircase and a hill that has to go up every time. Had many scary moments, but the children had a lot of fun walking up and down. We had a fantastic time because of the good weather and the good environment.

We have the Easter weekend with family (6 adults +1 child) spent in this house. For quality that this home offers is the price on the hefty side. The kitchen is very cozy and big enough to eat and have breakfast. All The living room was very nicely decorated. The house had his smacking. So The DVD (movie for kids and adults) did not even comment on this post. The shower in one of the rooms leaked on the table below. Where several adult raided was the excessive cleaning of the property. A lovely, large garden, which was not quite finished which two bottles of wine were ready.

The house is beautiful but what a musty stench. We couldn't get away with the windows open. Sofas also look old and shabby. Made me feel dirty. I pay a lot of money but didn't like the decor. House itself is special!

Very friendly welcome on arrival. The house was great for us, plenty spacious, clean and also suitable for a holiday with small children. You can walk from your front door but leaving a short transfer by car offers you quickly other opportunities.

We were 3 families to share this hunter's house. It was quite spacious, simple decoration, were well installed. Not far from shops. The sauna did us a lot, we slept like babies. We summarize, we will go back :)

Very attractive and spacious house! Almost all rooms have private sanitary facilities, there were plenty of seating options and the kitchen contained everything we needed. The area was also very quiet. Unfortunately we had some problems with flies inside. A few mattresses were also very bad: luckily this was no problem for us because we were only 5 people. So we could easily choose another bed. If there are 10 of you, then that is something to take into account. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice villa with spacious rooms, each with bathroom. Location is excellent for exploring the region. Dishwasher does not work so well, it helps if you throw the tablet to the specifications and not in the appropriate place. Environment is very beautiful and varied, ourselves every day for a walk which was different in the previous environment and all this within a radius of 12 km.

I was just as surprised because the arrival time turned out to be at 6 pm. Once arrived, I quickly understood: this house is really, for 8 people, very spacious. Large bedrooms, each with private bathroom (except for one). Also very large living room, a knight's hall as a dining room and a really very well equipped kitchen. Recommended ! Also beautiful (walking) environment.

Come here with our family, 11 people, already 11 years. We are fond of this cozy warm house. We are happy to take care of the beauty mistakes. For example, a new and larger refrigerator with freezer compartments would be very welcome during the warmer days. Now there is a smaller one of which many compartments have already broken off. The pantry next to it could easily be swapped with the fridge to provide more space, especially on warmer days.
