Had a very nice stay. Everything is provided, beautiful large spaces, especially the upper floor. The basement is slightly smaller and has a bit of a damp smell due to the sauna. Beautiful surroundings, close to La Roche, Marche en Famenne, and Durbuy, ideal location to do various activities in the area! Also a nice large garden where you can do all kinds of sports, ideal stay for multiple families. Minor downside: the sound insulation is less. Possible improvement: fly screens against the mosquitoes.

The TV only worked after discovering that the battery was missing in the remote control. The caretaker (did his best) brought a new one. Dishwasher had no salt. No cleaning materials, let alone products. Little to nothing to start the stay. Trees at the back of the garden are tall. A little foresight brings peace. Double beds on the ground floor are not suitable for adults. Too light construction. There are missing stakes to secure the parasols in the desired position: clamps are missing. Maintenance staff must also check/clean the shower drains to prevent overflow from the shower trays. Bathroom, at the bath, missing shower hose and spray head? No container for the trash bags. At night, animals tear open the trash bags. A single sink in the kitchen is too little, too small. It should be double. A pair of scissors is missing in the kitchen utensils and a few sharp knives. There is nowhere a drain or place where the BBQ grill can be cleaned with grill cleaner. All in all, enjoyed the BBQs on the terrace and the region, despite the weather that was less favorable. On Monday "day 4" they came to mow the grass, on Thursday "day 6" the brush cutter was introduced for two hours; the grounds behind the garden needed urgent pruning and on Friday at 08.00 am we were treated to cut down and process two trees in the adjacent garden of the same owner. Even before we had left the house, the cleaning team made an unsolicited appearance. We were, as it were, swept outside. Unheard and very rude!
