Was a very nice house. Too bad for our dogs that the garden had no fence. The kitchen was basic. Everything was very clean and tidy. The 2 seats that were added are not added value. A very nice area for walking. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in this house. The cottage is equipped with every comfort. The household effects are extensive. The veranda is a great added value in mid-April. Contact with the owner went very smoothly and pleasantly. Does everything to make it to your liking. App downloaded which is in the info folder. Various beautiful walking routes leave from the house. Close to La Roche and Houffalize. The walking route at Nisramont is also recommended! We are very satisfied and will definitely come back!

Accommodation was solid. Environment for cycling fans, sometimes very demanding. Liège-Bastogne-Liège, u.a. 16% gradient. Ideal for hiking. Super terrace. Inside very well decorated and cozy. Very rural. The main town of La Roche is very original. A lot of small shops.

The villa was easy to find. the first impression was that it was a cozy little house and that it had everything to be able to start self-supporting. by this I mean that all materials and resources were present to prepare and clean up food and drink. everything looked very neat and takes care of the environment, close to the center of the village (you) but still very rural.

Due to the high summer temperatures it was very hot in the bedroom under the roof but the owner is planning to fans available in the future. You feel you at home because you have everything you need at hand. Occasionally & quotpetrole & quot odor coming from the basement (this is for heating) but we're also working on it. € 10, - per day for the electricity we found very expensive, that is for a week € 70, - !! Normally, electricity is simply measured at the beginning and then you pay at the end of the stay exactly what you've used, which is only fair. Otherwise, you might as well raise the rent.

What a pleasant surprise that the house was more than we had dared to hope. The conservatory is an asset to the house and you can enjoy beautiful skies, sunsets and views to la Roche, for miles here! A complete and very cozy house. We (tall people> 1.80) were above get used to the sloping roof, which also looks so cozy. Discover the variety of walks in the area, the delicious Burgundian possibilities, beautiful places and locations (we even visited Verdun) and the war past. In this friendly natural environment can not imagine the horrific scenes took place here. Enough to determine the role the war (s) have played here! Upon arrival, it was a warm welcome in the house because everything will be Christmas. We enjoyed many hours in the conservatory with a fantastic view of the snowy slopes and trees. Nice calmed down and no fireworks nuisance, a wonderful stay! Shame about the oil-fired central heating (pungent smell) but the owner is there to make a gas CV.

Enough to do in bad weather caves, museums about WWII, beer brewery etc. From the cottage hiking trails and mountain bike routes. For cyclists there are also plenty of possibilities. Only downside is the noise of the stove (you win or use the fireplace!) And the smell of the fuel oil.

Before departure, get directions from the owner. This came in very handy because my navigation systems (Tomtom and Navtec) could not find the exact location. The house fully met the expectations. The area is very quiet with virtually no traffic. There are several signposted walks possible from the village ranging from easy to very intensive (many up and down). Supermarkets and gas stations are about 10 Km away. The owner informed, the day after arrival, whether everything was to be desired and later Have gone by to handle the financial issues. For us, this was a very successful holiday. (June 2017)

Ground floor is very cozy. In particular, the conservatory, we did a lot of sitting. The upper floor is small and not suitable for tall people. The cottage is also fully equipped (except Internet, but we're working on). Ideal starting point for one of the many walks in the area. Our two dogs have enjoyed this area.

Directly located on spectacular hiking along beautiful forests and clear water. Surprising nature with real beavers build dams and diverting many trees. Never seen before! The cottage is very cozy and very neat. The inventory is very complete and everything works without fail (even the TV, DVD set). The microwave is a challenge, but that was after a few burnt buns also mastered! We enjoyed the lovely conservatory. In short, a must for those who just want a trouble free out there.

For us older people standing in a shower bath without brackets to the wall without a very good mat & quotlevensgevaarlijk ". Immediately the first morning already slipped in the bath and the rest of the holiday spent with swallowing strong painkillers (bruised ribs). Not been for the rest of the week in the bath. Contact and communication with the owner is very smooth and friendly. Cottage is neat and equipped with all the necessary comfort. Bottle of red wine on arrival gives you a welcome feeling. Quietly located and ideal base for walks and bike rides. Very nice environment with beautiful views. Close to La Roche where everything can be found and a nice town for restaurants or terraces. We are happy to return.

We had a wonderful week in Berismenil. Enjoyed the peace and the environment. We had lovely weather often eaten (& gt25C) outside. The conservatory was therefore very hot, but we can imagine that it is very nice in the spring or fall. The cottage was completely decorated and outside very nice decorated with colorful window flower boxes.

It's a really nice, romantic cottage where the main facilities are available. Unfortunately there is no internet which is a shame for a longer stay. In our case it was not so important. we were "woken up in a white snowy environment which made everything even cozier. Highly recommended in a nice area.

We had a wonderful week in the cottage. It was cozy and very complete. Especially the kitchen was fully equipped. Good quality pans and cooking utensils. The cottage was very clean. The conservatory is very conveniently located. We were there at the end of February and when the sun shines it is in the conservatory all day. The garden is small, but because it runs from the front to the back of the house, you can enjoy the sun for a long time. The beds are good. There are 2 soft and 2 harder mattresses. There is no WiFi, but we had excellent reception with 4G. The location is fine. You can make beautiful walks from the house. The only downside is that there were no facilities in the village itself. When we were there, the supermarket was closed. For groceries you can go to la Roche, a few km away.

Nice gift from the homeowner, a bottle of wine can be found on the kitchen table. Should arrive earlier than expected. The key was neatly in the safe as indicated in the mail. Upon arrival the stairs, the mat in the living room have to vacuum because of hair of a pet. Also have to vacuum under the bed due to the fluff present.

On arrival the key could be removed from the lock. The stove was on and there was a bottle of wine. The property was well kept and clean. The interior was fine except for two hard wooden chairs in the living room, which had to do as armchairs service. The conservatory was nice, although the free view which was obstructed by houses and greenery. The area is beautiful with many opportunities for walks and excursions.

We had a nice weekend! Unfortunately not, the house was listed at the data, 1 km from La Roche, but these were 10 kilometers. For us too bad, we just had a house picked out near La Roche. Due to personal reasons Cottage is a 1km distance from Nadrin.

great stay with lots of snow, but as' n 30-40 cm in the end. What a rest in this area. La Roche en Ardenne and Houffalize near as nice stadjes.Huisje is cozy, intimate and fun for up to 4 people.

The villa was easy to find. the first impression was that it was a cozy little house and that it had everything to be able to start self-supporting. by this I mean that all materials and resources were present to prepare and clean up food and drink. everything looked very neat and takes care of the environment, close to the center of the village (you) but still very rural.

The accommodation was fine, well maintained, clean and very cozy cottage. We had great weather so have spent a lot outside. Highly recommended. Too bad there is no restaurants, bakery or supermarket in the near vicinity. For that you still have to go by car.

Accommodation was solid. Environment for cycling fans, sometimes very demanding. Liège-Bastogne-Liège, u.a. 16% gradient. Ideal for hiking. Super terrace. Inside very well decorated and cozy. Very rural. The main town of La Roche is very original. A lot of small shops.

A handy, very neat and very cozy holiday home. It is very quiet and it is located near many beautiful hiking trails. We stayed here with our two children. The veranda is an added value. In the evening you can fully enjoy the evening sun after a day of hiking.

A beautiful house in a wonderfully quiet area. after arrival we received a call from the owner Hein asking if everything had gone well and that we could always call for questions and tips about the area, a very welcome feeling! The accommodation itself was very clean, in addition to being a lovely cozy house. Definitely recommended and we would absolutely come back here.

Had a wonderful stay in this house. The cottage is equipped with every comfort. The household effects are extensive. The veranda is a great added value in mid-April. Contact with the owner went very smoothly and pleasantly. Does everything to make it to your liking. App downloaded which is in the info folder. Various beautiful walking routes leave from the house. Close to La Roche and Houffalize. The walking route at Nisramont is also recommended! We are very satisfied and will definitely come back!

Already for the third time spent a long weekend in this cozy holiday home. The cottage has all the necessary comfort, is quietly located and an ideal base for walking and cycling trips (mountain bike or racing bike) or other excursions. The Ourthe valley in the immediate vicinity is a beautiful nature reserve, where you can enjoy walking, also for dog lovers a varied and fascinating walking area. The pleasant town of La Roche is nearby. After a long walk, bike ride or trip you can relax on the terrace of the holiday home (or in the veranda when it rains). We really appreciate that the owner always puts a bottle of red wine ready on arrival and makes contact to hear if everything is in order. We'll be back for sure!

Was a very nice house. Too bad for our dogs that the garden had no fence. The kitchen was basic. Everything was very clean and tidy. The 2 seats that were added are not added value. A very nice area for walking. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Berismenil. Enjoyed the peace and the environment. We had lovely weather often eaten (& gt25C) outside. The conservatory was therefore very hot, but we can imagine that it is very nice in the spring or fall. The cottage was completely decorated and outside very nice decorated with colorful window flower boxes.
