Nice location, cozy house but very outdated with many defects. Single glazing and all heating systems are turned off until just before the arrival of the tenants, so that it is very cold and all heating costs fall on the tenants (works with conteurs). It takes almost two days before it is warm, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Wood stove does not work, at the fireplace you sometimes have a backlash so that the whole room is covered in smoke. Gas fire and oven do not work properly either. Sauna works well. Plenty of space in the kitchen too.

We were with a group of friends of 26 people. All the rooms were okay. It's an old hotel so each couple had its own bathroom and private. Large kitchen equipped for large groups (hotel) ideal. Few of the environment seen more often around hotel gebleven.Bij arrival we were given a tour of the hotel. Everything was explained, readings recorded etc ... this is later deducted from the deposit. An hour before arriving call the owner and you can in the hotel. Prima.Enige downside is the late repayment of the deposit. Promised two weeks. That is not the case.

The house offers more than enough space for a large group of children. Because there are several large spaces, there is plenty of room for the children to play without it becoming too busy. The house is neat with a very large kitchen. The interior is still original and could use some updating here and there. The outdoor space at the house is limited to the (spacious) terrace. There is a playground on the other side of the river.

It must urgently someone to go along to get some repairs to be carried out (here a bulb broken, there is a door that does not close and a lot of curtains do not hang correctly) if you're paying for accommodation then must be perfect! We liked also the excuse (you should have called) the person who arranged everything with us not appropriate.

With a group of friends, we have our annual weekend celebration time at Le Relais du Moulin. A lovely house in a beautiful setting and the hostess is very friendly. Cozy with z 'n all at the bar or stretch out on the couch. Extensive kitchen, which may slightly cleaner, good rooms and facilities. Highly recommended.

this was one of the least houses we've stayed in. Seats in the living room where legs were broken and which were supported with bricks. Lots of loose door handles and mold in some bathrooms. No wifi or range in the huis.de kitchen also left the wish. Dirty oven "s, pans that are no longer usable. The curtains in the living room that could not close, so the people who passed could look inside the house. Sauna that was not usable because of an irritating odor in. The billiard table that is completely unusable is. Do I still have to continue??? There is a lot of refurbishment work to be done on the house.

The accommodation is somewhat outdated but this was not a problem for us, everything worked well with the exception of some lamps that did not burn, we would very much prize someone had to go around to check what does not work and repair this or replace broken lamps.

The house is a must, beautiful spacious rooms. We deal with brothers for 12 years, sisters, children and grandchildren a long weekend in the Ardennes (each a different location) and this is the first time that property is heated when we come .Toffe owners also.

A few times hikers came up the terrace to sit. The past of hotel restaurant is still noticeable. BBQ was not properly cleaned. Not every day with hot water shower.

Nice weekend (20 adults) had in a really beautiful setting. We did have excellent weather, of course, that also plays a role. A major drawback is that there are no shops or restaurants in the immediate area. You should always take the car. Shame!

The owners are very friendly and willing. The house is big enough for 25 people. Too bad it wasn't quite right. The BBQ did not work, the kitchen and utensils were not optimal and not clean. The chairs are worn, the mattresses sagging. Really a shame because we would come back for the location and the house itself, but then it urgently needs to be renovated. i hope the owners do this for sure as it is future gem there.

It is a fantastic place on a beautiful river from which you can enjoy a lovely walk. The house is large and equipped with all necessary furniture and sanitary facilities. Every year we go away with the whole family for a weekend. And there is also enough space for small children to play. The large terrace is also a wonderful place to sit outside by the water. The villages in the area are definitely worth a visit. A lovely house to return to again with a very helpful landlord.

Het huis is ideaal gelegen en de kamers zijn ok. Maar dit huis is totaal niet onderhouden, vensters die niet deftig sluiten, alles jaren 70. Kinderstoeltje met sport af, losse tegels op een trap, keukengerei dat totaal onvoldoende was (4 koffielepels voor 30p) de kloppers van een mixer die er niet was, 4 aanstekers voor het gasvuur waarvan geen enkele functioneerde, tot op de draad versleten terrasstoelen, verstopte urinoirs en verlichting en electriciteit in slechte staat, en ga zo maar door.
