Situated in the heart of the countryside, this holiday centre is a real oasis of calm, only 3 km from Durbuy. With every luxury, it provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. A wide variety of water and sports activities are on offer in the surrounding area, all centred around the Ourthe (kayak, mountain biking, Adventure programme, horse riding, marked walks, climbing). The picturesque town of Durbuy, often referred to as the smallest town in Europe, offers a good choice of bars and restaurants. Its narrow streets hide a pleasant selection of small shops. Durbuy hosts a variety of events and demonstrations throughout the year, including the famous Christmas market in mid-December. There are other places just as interesting to explore: the Topiary park, the Sunday market in Bomal, the genuine Weris dolmens and menhirs, the toy museum in Ferrières, the 1001 nights caves in Hotton, the Hottemme estate and the Logne fortress.

The town Durbey is a small and cozy town from which you can start. Several beautiful hiking trails The local tourist can obtain a nice book in which the various routes described so with this explanation the trails also additional educational and fascinating. The house you where we stayed is of good quality in terms of cleanliness and comfort. For people who also occasionally want to watch all the TV "s were replaced and the supply of Dutch (Flemish) TV channels was ample.

The cottage was spacious than we had previously thought. We were the two of us in a midweek Durbuy and have not bored us. We wanted an active getaway and have it knocked at LPM. This is a Netherlands-speaking organization that organizes activities such as kayaking, abseiling and tokkellen. Well organized there!

Beautiful setting, on a hillside terraced. Cottages are not completely clean, as we had read in other reviews. Cobwebs in the corners, dust and a bit stale. As "n 7/8 swatted mosquitoes every day. The studio itself looks beyond good. Ideal place for walking / mountain biking had / kayaking or in Durbuy sit on a terrace. Wonderful holiday.

We have been here for a week in our summer vacation. The welcome at reception (Dutch) was quite good which they take ample and kindness in all the time for you. That this may be a somewhat long wait. The two-room apartment (ground floor) was inside equally clean everywhere. For example, the mattress was partly moldy. Despite that it was fine in life. Our terrace was unfortunately very small (a few square meters and immediately adjacent to that of the neighbors). Surrounded by forests and shrubs you only had a little view of the road. However, this was bad luck for us because there are apartments with a beautiful view of the valley. The park itself is clean and very quiet (especially "in the evening). Besides the pools, there is not much else to do in the park itself. However, the immediate and wider surroundings are really beautiful and are ideal for nature lovers, but also especially for sports enthusiasts. nice was that all the tourist places we've been always a Dutch guide was present or something. stores or supermarkets in the French language is a problem for us sometimes yielded a few times.

We were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The apartments are well maintained, fairly new, and offer modern comfort and privacy. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility amidst nature. Fine is that several hiking trails have their point of departure from the holiday. Durbuy and Barvaux are less than one kilometer and reached via a footpath through the woods. The more energetic can enjoy the Ourthe in a kayak, but at our age we prefer watching. Greatly enjoyed and shame it was over so quickly. This is worth repeating!

The park is sufficient. You have a desk and a small pool which is enough. Furthermore, there is little to do at the park so you do have to take certain things for children. The village is quite close, but not yet running. Infant self It is a very nice village where you both "afternoon as" cozy evenings can eat and drink. You can also play golf midget. Nearby are caves, active activities, charming towns, etc. However, after a week you have seen the area. I thought it was a nice holiday, which we have done a lot and just long enough. (1 week)

Only downside, the paying heating has still cost us 30 euros for 3 days in the knowledge that we "had operated only in the evening and night .... We were here in December 2010, so we could enjoy a beautiful winter landscape. The area is ideal for sports holidays. Although we have made nice walks. We moved to a studio for 2 pers. There were unfortunately bad one pot and one pan available as yet what little. According to the reception this was indeed not normal, they would provide an extra pot that we have not seen unfortunately. The cottages are well maintained and nicely decorated.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was an excellent base for nice walks and culturelebezoekjes.Wij had our two dogs and was taken into account when booking our wensen.Het apartment itself we felt urgent need of renovation, there were damp spots, and it was also damp inside despite heating.The onderghoud also left something to be desired (fabric threads). My husband and I had a mid-week apartment booked. The park is simple but mooi.Het apartment was clean and luxurious. I was glad we had a ground floor so we weather the patio door could be opened up. We took advantage of the 2 routes that ran from the park and the bread service. This was fine. Thanks, we've had a few nice days in the Ardennes.

Our holiday home on the ground floor was completely on top of the mountain. Luckily there was a parking lot near the cottage. The furniture looked a little tired, but the kitchen and the bathroom were neatly orde.DVD microwave and we did not use, but was present. The cottage was tiled, probably not without reason, because it smelled very damp in the house and saw along the edges of the floor some mold stains. We had no pull, just a double standing in the room. We were able to sit outside when we got a walk or a trip home.

Nice studio, spacious enough for our family of dad, mum and baby. Ask when booking or to ground, due pram. The park is NOT wheelchair friendly. Steep slopes and lots of stairs and loose gravel paths. Well regulated waste! Also to the environment is expected. Good service at the park. Beautiful surroundings, you really feel like on holiday. The brasserie down the slope small meals (pasta 's, sandwiches, pancakes, etc.), very nice! Durbuy itself is definitely worth it in nice weather. The new pool is great for kids. Nature and many farms in the environment. We enjoyed!

Location of the cottage is excellent. Decor is simple and with daily use modern conveniences such as a microwave, TV and DVD player. The bed is reasonable and has no sofa as it is described on the website. It is wise to take itself pillows if you can not stand flat pillows. Sleep is important because if you are on holiday ;-)

We (my husband, myself and our dog.) Its been a midweek. It is a comfortable studio with all the trimmings. We had a kitchen with fridge, oven / microwave, induction cooker available. The bed was fine and we had a sitting area and TV including DVD player so bring something nice flimpjes it. By car it is about 5 minutes to Durbuy prayers. It is a cozy cute town and there is plenty to do, including kayaking, quad biking and then enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants that point.The is really a must to z 've got to go, or even a club.

Environment was really super beautiful. Less to experience but this was because we had a dog with us. Man at the reception nice. Only if several people need help, it can take quite a while. So maybe 2 people present of which one gives the keys and one for the things that can be handled quickly would be nice. The house smelled very musty due to probably the moldy curtains, this is probably because you have to pay for the electricity so people do not heat the house because it naturally costs electricity. We therefore left the day before because we were suffering from respiratory problems. We were shocked by the position of the electricity meter .. so you have to note your starting position and your final position. We had lost around 42 euros for one night, did not heat up, watched the radio for 2 to 3 hours on the radio. Wanted to report this to the reception but these were no longer present. So we just had to write a note with a comment about this high amount on the bill. Too bad that you have already paid a pretty high amount for your booking and that you still have to pay your electricity separately. For us at least the next time an all inclusive vacation.

The welcome was nice, not really welcome but okay. We expected that we could sit outside on our terrace, but we could only discover a few stones on the main road, which we also shared with the neighbors next to us. The first offered house smelled terrible, very musty and damp. Window was too dirty to see through to the outside. The walls, ceilings and lights were full of dead bugs (mostly beaten broken with nice blood spatter ..). Thus, back to reception. Here was totally surprised reacted and offered us the only other available apartment also was not prescribed quality and very noisy! Nevertheless accepted cottage given the late hour. good night's sleep we have not had! In total, all related costs paid over 400 euros for 4 days!

It was a nice apartment in a beautiful nature. However, the condition of the apartment was bad. The walls had holes, the tiles layers of the wall, in the duvet were more than 20 burn holes from cigarette butts and the carpet was full of dirty stains. The cottage completed in terribly sloppy. Everything felt very dirty and stuck to. I have to clean the whole house thoroughly before little was passable, which was not the intention would be if you want to escape the daily activities. However, nature was beautiful, so we were happy lot outside the door. If you're a week forced here (eg through bad weather) would sit inside it is not beneficial to your mood.

We were looking for a nice cottage for 2 people in the Ardennes. We have also been given. Beautifully situated a few kilometers outside Durbuy (steep slopes to compete with cycling). The cottage was basic but fine. Nice but narrow bed. Kitchen equipped with over / oven and four burners. Good park for families to be. In the Ardennes The outdoor pool is perfect for entertaining (if not too cold outside) children. Do not expect non-stop entertainment for children and parents at the park, but Durbuy down the hill has plenty to offer. At least for parents

The park is in a beautiful setting, beautiful views, enjoyed the country.The house / apartment there was enough space, no complaints about the bed (had own sheets etc) kitchen was adequate, bathroom was okay only pity the bathtub which is very small which makes it uncomfortable showering, a shower would have been more fun. Also filling the tub lasted very long. The cottage was clean to the eye, can be found here and there cobwebs and dusty. Furthermore, super friendly staff, Dutch speaking people which is very nice. Bread service was perfect, nice and fresh. (Did not use the pool)

We are left to us to relax and celebrate. Course New Year In the neighborhood there are fun things to do and the Christmas market was small but cozy throughout. It was also nice to find a few. Geocaching Cute and cozy cottage. Too bad it was a bit dirty.

We have only 2 times booked with Belvilla: 1 time in Spain and 1 time in Durbuy and each time our expectations were exceeded: excellent stay with every comfort and every time a beautiful view, quiet and lots of opportunities for all kinds of excursions and walks terraces and restaurants.De contracts are also correctly formatted and handled and the payment options are correct and excellent.
