We had a delightful time in Durbuy! The swimming pool was refreshing, and the surrounding area was perfect for walks with our dog, The living room was a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring, Would definitely consider returning!

The apartment is nice. There was a musty smell upon our arrival. The balcony door did not close. The technical intervention took two days to resolve the issue. Nevertheless, the stay was pleasant.

The cottage was very damp and dusty because of the duvets and the regular blankets. The kids had to sneeze and cough all weekend. The seats were too hard and only suitable for 4 people. Last year our house was much better in the same domain.

Furniture very outdated and only room for 4 or Max 5 people in the dilapidated seats while the app is for 6, luckily we were only with 3. Toilet seat was loose, shower head too. The lid of the coffee maker was also broken, curtains were hanging half loose…. We could barely open the windows. The TV was only the size of a decent PC screen! The app that we had received did not match the photos of what we had booked at all. Bakery service is no longer applicable, you have to drive yourself to the nearby village ... the area is beautiful, but the price quality is not satisfied at all.

The reception was unfortunately only open at a very limited time (early in the morning). Furthermore, everything was clear and we could easily get our key and papers from the safe with our code (which, incidentally, would be very easy to crack for anyone). The route to the park entrance was also clearly indicated from Durbuy.

The setting is lovely, we really enjoyed it there. Many charming villages in the area, and wonderful tranquility. The accommodation, however, was somewhat disappointing, with spacious and modern villa we had no old almost disintegrating couch, worn carpet and moldy bathroom .. Therefore expects a tip at Belvilla, be honest in what you are selling, and as for homeowners, a new sofa, a new garment, a clean house ultimately delivers better patronage and more fun from both sides, so do your advantage with it! the people at reception were otherwise friendly and took their time for you!

The residential area is crammed and consists of one loop over a slope spread each with a double residence containing six apartments. Beware, if you arrive electricity is off and hence the heat. If so you deserve a cold period and there was no tenant for you then it is very cold house and you need to get. cooling from home half a day so who in the dark accrues brings quite a maglite time and the entrance is at the back and the explanation of the electricity and the setting is within the "dark" living! Mind you, I would not do negative. The living room is spacious and cozy. bedrooms have ample storage ( cabinet) space and the beds are good. The DVD is connected to the amplifier where the radio (tuner) to hang. At the reception you can board games and DVD 's borrowing. TV has (luxembourg) cable television with 36 stations which only VRT-Canvas-NL1 are dutch. There is no tourist information available but almost every town in the region is a tourist information point. Finally: coming from Barvaux direction Durby hand you can already after 1 mile turn left and you Bohon after 2 kilometers at destination. About D

Culture lovers should possibly look for another region, since the journeys of Durbuy from're a little further and you can not quite as fast progressing on Belgian motorways, as on German motorways. Neat well equipped house. Beautifully situated in a small bungalow park. Too bad that in cold weather (we had a very cold week of about 5 degrees in April), the living room of the house was not firing properly hot (only a small elektrectische radiator in the kitchen), nor with the (lovely but not very hot) her open it.

The area is beautiful and ideal for hiking, cycling, canoeing and various other activities. It was a really nice holiday. Small holiday park with a great outdoor pool. You just need a good walker, because our house was in the back of the park and that was quite a climb to the top. But you can at (or near) the house to park the car.

It was an excellent stay in a beautiful setting with here and there some unplanned expenses. You arrears for energy and cleaning costs a lot. For an apartment you should provide clean upon departure.
