Overall, we had a fun family vacation in this spacious apartment. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds while we liked having two bathrooms for convenience. It was great being close to parks and cafes where we could all enjoy good food together without any hassle.

Unfortunately, both swimming pools were closed and there was no alternative. We were not informed before arrival that both pools could not be used. Disappointment for the children.

Nice stay but in need of a big cleaning. Found both bathrooms with black mold. Also very poorly insulated. Everything can be heated with electric radiators, which is of course an expensive way. All your consumption will be calculated later and deducted from the deposit. We are curious…

Many appliances were broken. After waiting all day, a technician came who didn't know anything about it, he couldn't even put a plug in the socket. We had to ask the reception all day if they were still coming. In the end they forgot to call the technicians, so we couldn't make food all day. They said he could come himself until midnight. We had already informed them at 11 am that morning. Scandalous. We asked someone at the front desk if the appliances could be fixed. He got super mad at us and was super unfriendly.

Dear, We hereby repeat our complaint of 31-7-2021 at the reception. We have raised the following: There is mold in several rooms, including bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and the like. The house has not been cleaned properly. There is dust everywhere and it is full of cobwebs. The jacuzzi does not work. The wrong sheet bags have been delivered, a 2 person cover while there are 1 person duvets. We do not expect this for a house with this price and therefore expect an appropriate concession. The cottage was great there were only really some flaws in the house. The reception was not open + not accessible, we had only received 1.5 toilet rolls and we had to ask another group for a roll, so we also had a leaky shower tray for which we could not reach anyone.
