Würde ohne Zögern wieder buchen! Das Apartment fühlte sich frisch und modern an, mit einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa, das perfekt für unsere Gruppe war. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir Mahlzeiten zubereitet und das Abendessen auf dem Balkon genossen, während wir die ruhige Atmosphäre aufgesogen haben. Durbuy ist in der Nähe, was es einfach macht, die charmanten Straßen voller Geschäfte zu erkunden.

Very nice apartment and clean. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the pool was not heated. Outside, we also couldn't eat, there was a wooden bench that was very crooked and completely covered in bird droppings. Very friendly people at the reception.

We had a double booking and were assigned another apartment that was smaller, with a discount. The studio was cozy but the electricity left much to be desired. The fuse blew every time hot water was used and several times we had no heating and no stove. We had to call the technician 3 times who acknowledged that it was a recurring problem on the domain. The price is not bad in itself, but we may expect that all facilities work. We were helped very quickly by Ardennes Online but not by the reception of the residence itself. Too bad because it was a good location and a nice studio.

We had a nice stay, but unfortunately we could only look at the sky from our apartment. When booking, I paid special attention to the fact that there was a large window in the photos, so that you had a view outside. our arrival unfortunately turned out that we had been given an apartment with only 3 veluxes. That made the apartment dark and it still gave a bit of a locked-in feeling. You also completely lost the beautiful view of the valley. but since everything was fully booked, we could no longer get another apartment. present, but have seen other people at the reception who came to ask for a roll of toilet paper to get through the first day. There was also a bit of overdue maintenance (broken lamps, broken cabinets plate in bathroom, ...) Hygiene could be a bit better. (Stains on floor and glass front door) The location is ideal, a few minutes from the center of Durbuy and close to various hiking trails and supermarkets.

Went a little bit difficult with Belvilla. Apartment needs a good cleaning in the front of the bathroom. Lots of mold. Otherwise it is a beautiful area and I would like to stay overnight again, but with less hassle. MvG Linda

Shower a bit on the low side (1.80 m) and not very warm. - Dusty, especially when you consider that after leaving a broom clean, €50 cleaning costs will also be charged - After departure you also pay electricity costs, it was not clear to me in advance All in all, very satisfied

The park is beautifully situated, the cottages are comfortably equipped. The disadvantage is that there is no window in the house that offers a view of the surroundings. You have to go outside for that

The apartment itself is fine. Only we were 2 teenagers (boy and girl) and then it is not ideal. You can't sleep together. There is only 1 room and a folding chair available. Environment perfect.

The cottage has been nicely renovated. Due to the 2 velux windows, it is unfortunately quite dark in the apartment. The facade itself has not been renovated and the front door jams very hard. Almost impossible to open or close. In the kitchen there is only a very small stream of water from the tap. Takes at least 5 minutes to fill the sink to wash dishes. Beds and sofa bed are of good quality. The terrace (part of the stairs) is very small. There can only be 1 chair, so eating outside with 2 is just not possible here. Very large TV with soundbar. WiFi is sad to say the least. Unfortunately you can not enjoy the view from inside the house because of the slanting of the velux. The indoor swimming pool nearby is closed.

Apartment was well equipped, nicely refurbished by belvilla compared to other apartments in the park. There was nothing to do in the park, fortunately you could reserve 50 minutes for swimming because the public swimming pool was closed.
