A fantastic place for a weekend getaway! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the grilling facilities and grilled outside most evenings. Being close to local attractions like Malagne la Gallo-Romaine was a bonus!

We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. We liked the house very much, nice and spacious and plenty of bedrooms. The garden was wonderful for the grandchildren. The immediate area was less, railway line and factories close. But from the village it was beautiful. The closest town to Marche and Famenne was very nice.

Although we had neatly informed the house owner Christine the day before what time we would arrive, we had received no response back and she was not available on arrival. Had a great stay with a nasty aftertaste. Nobody was available on departure and we left everything neatly behind. 2 weeks later we still had not returned the deposit and an email followed with € 142.50 costs. These seem very unreasonable to us.

The house itself is well suited for around 15 guests, and has a lot of space and facilities for big groups. We could even play table tennis and table soccer in the basement. Supermarkets are very close by and within a range of about 30 mins. driving, there are many different (outdoor) activities to enjoy!
