This really is a fantastic house with a top location! The large enclosed garden was ideal for our dog. You look out on a huge upset, as his many walks. The cottage itself is simple, but has everything you need. We had great weather, so after having it walk well tarried on the sunbeds, nice in the sun. The jacuzzi is also top! We had the idea that the cottage was somewhat refurbished, but still a broken toilet seat and crane etc. But this bederfde absolutely not our vacation !! Here we could see through it. They would be allowed to again tackle the garden. The forests, shrubs and weeds take on a life of its own, and that's a shame because the picture "s looks nicely maintained. Nice holiday week had in this detached holiday house! Top location, detached great view over the tops of the Ardennes. Fully fenced yard (from point to point over 75-meter long !!!) was a paradise for our large dog. The setting is fantastic and gorgeous in the fall. But the cottage is in terms of comfort and space more of a summer cottage, by the way it has got a lovely view. Very cold floor, the stove should be much stoking. There was much cold by the two exterior doors. Many additional costs that are not included in the "fairly high" price. Some maintenance issues were overdue (eg toilet seat, lamp). Top of the stairs was downright dangerous .. had to very careful. However, adequate lighting. Plumbing also fine. Bed or mattress sagged ... maybe two separate one-person-convenient mattresses or mattress replacement before ... Little room for the dog ... we missed a hallway. However had a great holiday, with the beautiful surroundings and the decor cozy up.

The cottage is very pretty, with lovely views, particularly from the separate wooden building in the garden where the jacuzzi state. You can as delicious bubble (but only in summer, because in winter, he showed last year)! The cottage is completely free, but the village with café-restaurant is still in walking distance for groceries and you are so in St-Hubert. we have enjoyed a week of this cozy cottage situated in an oasis of silence and with a free very nice view of a wooded valley. Everything is what must be present there. Very good beds and rooms can ventilate through skylights. Bathroom is spacious and fine. The kitchen is also in order. There is a small terrace with BBQ. A plus is definitely the hot tub in a beautiful oak cottage with a view of the valley. BLESSED! Maybe the owner must provide the chlorine because after a few days the water should be checked. There are always a few hiccups here and there but we can definitely recommend this stay!

We stayed three nights in the cottage with our two Malamutes, ideal for them because the yard is fully fenced. Location of the cottage is beautiful, with views of the Ardennes forest. Also fantastic Jacuzzi in the garden. The owner is very friendly, his restaurant in the village is a must. The cottage was allowed to get a refresher, (garden) furniture, cutlery, glasses etc. were some more attention. The cost of the cottage is also too high.

The welcome by the manager was very friendly, the cottage is equipped with all the necessities, let down was the lack of a washing machine. If you stay longer it is rather difficult. We were two couples and shared with us four same opinion. They never see us come back here! We had to call in advance, but we still got the answering machine. A weekend in January stayed with friends (people in their 40s) and two dogs. Lovely walks, and extensive use of the jacuzzi (not next to the house, so with slippers in the snow). In house antlers, head of a boar and a set eekhoortje. Well, there you have to love. Kitchen fine.

Shower tray moldy on all sides, showering was a must, not a pleasant event! Fifteen minutes of chlorine already worked wonders! VERY bad maintenance. What a fantastic week! A cozy cottage with almost all the trimmings, and the enclosed garden with Jacuzzi, Magnéfique! If your garden prejudge you come right in nature complete with survival trip and a beautiful brook where our dog amused has! Highly recommended! The fridge has a small freezer compartment, there is a dishwasher and even an oven allowing us every day from breakfast with a fantastic view and oven fresh bread could enjoy!

Behind the house a nice walking route along a stream. From the outside a nice house with a very nice view. Inside was only less that there was mold on the joints in the shower. And too bad the jacuzzi didn't work.

Our stay at the Gite La trou du loup was fantastic. The cottage is in a prime location in the forest next door, the view from the terrace and from the cottage is fantastic. "In the evening when dusk falls and you sit outside on the terrace (with a fantastic barbecue), you can hear owls and even wild boar, for our dog was the large enclosed garden also fantastisch.De area is very nice and there but much forest is on cultural / historic area also beleven.We enough to have two great weeks had you come to this place really unwind with a capital R.Zeker repeating.

Positive: Location, beautiful view, sympathetic owner, no immediate neighbours, large well-fenced garden (not for large jumpers), walking route near the house Negative: Difficult to heat only with one pellet stove, owner also asks € 10.00 for a bag of pellets which costs €4.00 (!) in the department store, so we just dragged in our bags ourselves, moreover, this is not stated under "to be paid on site" in the Belvilla contract. Toilet seat is loose, shower rod is loose, when closing the back door the handle on the inside keeps falling off, metal spiral staircase in the middle of the house dangerous to bang. you can use the outside terrace and you do not have to heat. Four people is close to my feeling. We were 2 and 2 dogs. As mentioned somewhere before, a rodent that just above your head is crossing back and forth at night between ceiling and roof (it can't get in because the ceiling is well closed), but of course the owner can't do much about that.

The cottage is well maintained and has everything you need for a holiday to enjoy, there is even a dishwasher. The dogs enjoyed the spacious lawn and the panorama is very clever, what you know can see from the jacuzzi in a paalhut housed (really enjoy!). The patanquebaan was a little shelter but that did not spoil the fun. One downside is that there are relatively many private forest along the southern side of Awenne is making you sadly on public roads must first walk / run before actually being able to walk the woods.

This house is in a beautiful location with a beautiful view from living room and terrace. The stores are located in St Hubert and with an oven in the house, you also have fresh sandwiches every day. Highly recommended are the caves of Rochefort and Dinant.Let though, this house is not really suitable for families with small children because of a narrow open spiral staircase.

Some points of attention - loose toilet seat - many cobwebs - jacussie (intex) present but not filled and also not proposed to use - on site is a bunk bed, but this is a 2 pbed, qua sheets not handy. - at night between ceiling and slates gnawing animals in the insulation - had no reception, despite the correct arrival time .. ice cold house as a result.

Very friendly owner showed us the house on arrival. The cottage is not too big but perfect for 4 people and 2 dogs. The garden is completely fenced which is very nice with 2 beagles. The beds are good and the jacuzzi is fantastic. For a holiday that takes place outside a lot with walks and enjoying the large garden, this is a true paradise. What would have added value to me is a shelter at the front door so that the shoes outside can stand in rainy weather. But this is more of a Nice than a need to have!

Got a key quickly on arrival but on closer inspection the house was not clean. First vacuumed everything myself and cleaned up dead flies, spiders, dog hairs and crumbs from the previous residents and then started the holiday. Location of the house is beautiful, many hiking opportunities. House is fully equipped (oven, microwave, etc.). Garden furniture is missing (only sun loungers). Excellent beds! Nice view.

In consultation with the intermediary who mediates for Belvilla, the arrival went well. The accommodation is great, everything is there and it works. The fenced garden is large, from the terrace and from the cottage one has a very nice view and the location of the cottage is fantastic as well as the beautiful surroundings. Nothing but forests, great for people who love nature and know how to enjoy it. The cottage - the last cottage in the village - is in a very quiet location, the road that runs past the cottage is not a nuisance and is only driven a little busier at certain times, then it is quiet. Behind the garden is a separate building with in it a jacuzzi, which is wonderful. In the area you can take beautiful walks and see many animals when you are quiet. For those who seek peace and relaxation and can enjoy the beautiful nature, this is an ideal place. If you do not like nature or being outside or looking for entertainment, then this house is not recommended. This is really something for nature lovers. The cottage is not that big so not suitable for more than 4 people and not suitable for couples, families or groups of friends. The garden is suitable for a family with 2 young children, but for children there is little distraction or entertainment on site. The cottage is more suitable for adults with or without pets who want to walk and enjoy peace and the surrounding beautiful nature. Neatly called what time we arrived, it was indicated that the door was locked and this allowed us even a little earlier, top. The accommodation was simple but fine enough for us. Few points for improvement: garden furniture: a few good adjustable chairs with good cushions would be very welcome, the sunshade was broken, the toilet seat was loose, the kitchen cupboard was loose, the outside door clamped properly. During our stay, the internet and the TV suddenly stopped working because the bill was not paid. Called the landlord and he quickly arranged that this was back in order. The garden has overdue pruning, so the view in the wonderful Jacuzzi was not as indicated. The garden was well fenced and nice and large so that our dogs could relax. The surroundings are beautiful, you walk from the accommodation into the forest and within 100 meters a beautiful flowing stream. Seen a lot of wildlife, wild boar, roe deer and red deer. Nice view from the terrace on the Ardennes. In Sint Hubert you can go for groceries, Aldi, Market and a new Lidl under construction. The pizzeria in the center is also a recommendation. We had a great holiday there and enjoyed the peace.

The environment is really beautiful. Around the corner of the garden is a walking path through the woods and along a stream. The cottage is simple and except for a washing machine fully equipped. The manager Luc is super friendly and the owners came by to ask if everything was in order. The arrival was well arranged.

Upon arrival, the key of the cottage was already shown by the owner on the inside of the cottage, thus free entrance for anyone walking on the walkway. The 200 € advance payment we had to hand over cash to the owner without receiving a receipt after any insistence, we received a plain paper stating that we had to hand this document back to the owner without error. The cottage appeared to be much smaller as shown on the site, which meant that we were facing a very dangerous staircase to reach the upper floor, certainly not dog friendly and not recommended for disabled people because of the big holes at the top of the stairs. kitchen was ok outside of the hood that was so greasy that there was a smell in the kitchen, unfortunately. Upon arriving we were surprised by the fact that the house looks really smaller than in the pictures. It was also not clean (and we used to be a few). There was a lot of dog hair probably from the previous one. The kitchen cabinets with their contents were not clean and generally furniture was sticky and we had 7 days of a fly plaque, really hundreds of flies in and around the house. A stunning location with views over the wooded hills. Directly from the cottage you come into a large walking area with well-marked trails and varied, small-scale landscape. The wild boar running almost the feet in the woods. The town st Hubert at 6km away (with all amenities supermarket, bakery, etc.) with its grand church is also worth visiting. The cottage is fully equipped. The spiral staircase is something primitive and we had the bad luck that the (new) pellet had quite a few courses.
